James himself I mean. He was fixing one while I was taking my pictures of the store. Musicians around Adelaide either know him, love him or have yet to meet the amazing James. Sort of crunch granola on one level and Santa Claus on another he is a personable treat at hand when you need musical assistance. Get him talking and you may unleash some brilliant stories that are rarely told. The shop is reasonably priced and the various services including classes are all well respected, so if you are just starting out in the industry and have polite humility in your make up, this could well be a touch stone, a veritable gold mine, a very good place to visit indeed. A jukebox with a USB port? Awesome. It was all lit up and flashing lights and playing good music and I just really wanted to take it home then and there. The range of wooden furniture is extensive, and there are so many beautiful pieces in here. I let out a lot of "wows" and "ohhhs" as I went, wishing I had the house and money to fill my house with these pieces. One element that stood out was the range of clocks. I happened to be there right on 2pm, so I got to hear the clocks clang the time in all their different voices. If you're a lover of antiques, or just of beautiful furniture, this is a must visit.

Having said that however, the jewellery here is fairly nice and kept simple, with sterling silver displays being the stores trade mark. I have bought some nice gifts from here in the past, and they have been all reasonably priced. They also gift wrap. Best for simple rings, necklaces and bracelets. Put simply, sterling silver and white gold jewellery pieces of all sorts!

It had food trucks, a VW bar, jewellery, vintage and craft stores dotted around and DJ tunes being splashed out across the car park. Stall holders were local boutiques or Etsy type sellers and the quality of product available was really impressive for the price. There weren't as many stall holders there as I was expecting but I did find something unique in each one that I wanted to take home with me. Some of my favourites on the night included mini painted pot plant cactis from Birds Nest Hair, some cheap vintage finds from Bare Threads Vintage, Mint Cloud laser cut animal jewellery, Tea For Who, Fakery Bakery cupcakes and Veggie Velo. These markets are held very irregularly (sometimes 2 times a year, sometimes 3) so keep a look out and plan to bring friends, drink cider, eat cake and shop vintage and craft!

A paradise for any scrap booking fanatic the store is light, bright, spacious and fully loaded. The majority of displays are eye height and very customer friendly not only visually but within reach. Each floor standing display has a different theme, is colour coded and set up with matching accessories, this is excellent as it cuts down on time to search for bits and pieces. Lowline square bargain bins are located on the left hand side whilst the floorstanding displays are on the right. Either side of the walls are lined with slatwall and all types of pretty things adorn it, diamontes, wooden embellishments, paper flowers, stickers, paint tubes, brushes and a whole stack more. Down the back side wall on the left is a large selection of pigeon holed loose scrap book papers in a multitude of textures, designs and brands. Love the rich velvety textured papers and the embossed papers. Paper pads are available in two sizes, the smaller is great for card making or smaller projects.
