I'm a realtor and my client's were doing a 1031X and right before the holidays....the staging company cancelled last minute when we had only 3 days before our listing was going on the market...mind you, right before NYE... I found Scribe staging by chance by looking online. They worked with our concierge team....THEY WENT OUT THE NEXT MORNING to assess and they started the staging the same day.....THE SAME DAY! They asked my advice on what I wanted and because the unit was less than 1k sq. ft. I wanted to make sure that we went with the minimalist approach yet keep it cozy. They did just that..... I always say staging helps tremendously, and this one...we received offers within 24 hrs of being on the market and had OVER 200 showings in a week. Needless to say, we closed over asking, quickly, and it was so smooth I'm still in shock and in big part to Scribe. The biggest take away was how on point Donn and his team were. They were easy to communicate with, they were quick, professional, and even after they left, they still followed up. Their pricing is very reasonable considering the customer service you receive......better than the high end staging companies I have worked with. Would I recommend them? ABSOLUTELY! First of all, Adam Tolstykh IS Red Rose Relocation--a one-man show. Secondly, don't be fooled by the photos you see here. (Bubble wrap, packing tape etc.)Red Rose's manner of packing is dumping the contents of drawers and cupboards into unlabeled cardboard boxes. When you open your boxes, you can find a cordless drill in with your silverware. If your belongings are fragile and can be broken, they will be. Don't let Adam con you into believing it will be a "stress-free" move when he shows up alone in his mini pick-up truck. What you see is what you get. There isn't any more!! I could go on for paragraphs about the lost, stolen and broken items as a result of our nightmare move with Red Rose Relocation. I will leave you with this fair warning... We did not see from advertisement that is kinds of tricky. When I open door I smelled horrible guy's body odor. Dishwasher , refrigerator , wash machine did not clean. I saw many yellow color stains from bed. TV is old , WIFI does not work , sheet , pillow ,bedclothes did not wash. Specially , bed is very insanitary and unhygienic. You can get disease from this room . He does not care because I am a woman and I paid already to this company . I asked change mattress but they refused my request . They did not check and prepare before customer arriving . I selpt on the floor 10 days and I watch tv only one channel . I wash and clean by myself. Room price is $2600 but they charged double and they provided dirty room to me. Luis did not solve immediately. I have very bad experience from this room. It is very inconvenience and uncomfortable, I request refund but they do not care . They are unprofessional service and they do not have skill about renting room to customer. I have to protect another victim . Advertisement tells that is close staple center . I paid after they give correct address that is very tricky . If I know this apartment address I do not take it. Because this is very dangerous area. My room number is # 520 . They have another unit that 625 . They switch room and somebody lives boss room. If customer sees this room number please do not take it . You will get nightmare form this room . I wan to talk this company boss who is David . He does not care all bad circumstance they made . Do not use homeaway that is Aribnb. It is too late now.
