They only do phone appointments, not in person so there is no way to contact your our lawyer Caroline Powell. Her assistant Leticia Ruiz it incompetent and awfully rude. In 8 months Leticia has answered our calls 3 times with an unwarranted attitude. Upset because we have questions about the status of my case. Caroline is a good and smart lawyer but with such bad services we have only been able to speak to her about 3 times in the 8 months. If you miss the phone call for you appointment - thats it. You need to make another appointment and WAIT MORE. They had my phone number wrong in their system so it took 3 months to solve that issue. When I call back the phone attendant does not know anything and sends us to voice mails. If they cannot serve the other parent within the year, they may drop our case. So their negligence will not only cause me to loose my children, but also the considerable payment I made. I wish they offered better customer service, better updates on the case and actual results as their process has been incredibly slow and ineffective. I understand my case is not at their priority but it is mine as it is to every family who hires them. I have lost confidence in them and now wish I would have gone to a different lawyer. I have asked to speak with the manager and have requested for Kirk Ellsworth to call me back and up u til this day I am still waiting. IF YOU WANT RESULTS, FIND ANOTHER LAWYER.
