Today I arrived right as the store opened to return a pair of shoes that didn't fit my son. I didn't realize the tag was cut off but I had my receipt showing that I just bought them the day before. When the manager was called over due to no tag, she inspected the shoe to find something wrong with it to deny my refund. She said the inside of the shoe was dirty which clearly it was not since it was only tried on with white socks for size. I simply asked her what difference would it make if I came back and just went to the next person who would take them back. She rudely responded, "Who are you telling me what I can or can't do?" I took my shoes back home with me. While I was there, I purchased the additional pair for my son to try on at home. Later in the evening we returned and I did end up getting my refund from someone else. The shoes weren't even on sale, so I wouldn't really find them to be a true "outlet". I really wished I had gotten her name because she was the rudest retail manager I have everything encountered, especially during the holiday season. read more

This adidas outlet is very large with a huge selection of their bags, shoes, and clothing. However, when it gets crowded, it can be very overwhelming, as the racks and aisles are tightly packed, making it really difficult to look around at times. However, employees are scattered around the store to help you with whatever you may need. They may not be enthusiastic about it, but they will help lol. They also have some really great deals, with some items being marked down and a percentage taken off of that price. Most items are at least 40% off, but not all. As a huge adidas person, I thought they had a good selection, it just gets very overwhelming with a lot of people in there. read more

The Adidas Outlet store is located somewhat in the middle of the Orlando Premium Outlet Mall. After a lot of aimless walking around the shopping center, Joe K made a comment that he really wished that there was an Adidas store here because he really liked a pair of tennis shoes he once had when he was younger. Just as he mentioned this, Adidas appeared practically in front of us! After we got over the coincidental surprise of happening upon this store, we of course made a beeline to the entrance! Joe stated that he always wanted to replace a pair of his old classic sneakers from the 1970's with a newer version that still looked like his previous pair growing up. The interior of the store was overwhelming to say the least! There were aisles upon aisles of shoes in every color, size, style, design, texture and fabric for just about every taste preference out there! Not to mention, the store was packed with customers eager to find a good deal because a big sale was also going on. As luck would have it, after a thorough scan at each end of this huge store, Joe finally found the tennis shoes he had been wanting for so long! (Or at least a close rendition). And best of all, they came in his hard to find shoe size of 13 AND on sale! The store was nicely prepared for dealing with the masses as they had several registers open, which in turn made waiting in line not so long. The sales clerks were friendly, helpful and efficient. Besides shoes, this place also has a sports wear and accessories section. I decided to look for some retro 1970 white leather Adidas with the three black stripes. I remember them being my favorite tennis shoe for most of the seventies. I think they were the first leather top tennis shoes but I could be wrong. I know they were extremely popular. Converse dominated the late sixties with their canvass Allstars and then Adidas took over from them with their leather shoes until Michael Jordan and Nike started dominating the market. I found a pair right away that was made to resemble those old shoes with a gold plastic square emblem on the tongue as a commemoration for $60. I didn't want a commemoration; I wanted the real deal so I kept looking. I didn't find the real deal but I did find something close. The only difference was that the bottoms of the soles were bright yellow. They were also on sale for $30. Hopefully the ground does not have eyes? Was looking forward to visiting the Adidas outlet but I've found better prices on Amazon and in regular department stores such as Kohl's. Not a large selection and no good sales. Maybe I just came at the wrong time but not worth the trip at all. Could also be that stores are just hurting with the shut-downs due to a Covid so prices are higher. Love that all of the staff were wearing mask and there is a mask check for shoppers as well. read more

The store has a pretty Decent clothing selection however the shoe collection was frankly a bit underwhelming as a sneaker head. Ample selection of running and athletic shoes but as far as NMDs or 350boosts are concerned...well...I've got a better selection back home at finish line. That being said I took full advantage of the ADDITIONAL 40% OFF sale they were having and purchased a bunch of athletic clothing, socks, hats, etc. Items were already marked down what looks like about 10% with a green tag and the store was taking another 40% off of that. Staff was nice enough given how packed the store was. They only had 3 of their available cash registers open though so it was slow-ish. Saved well over 200-250$ if you look at the original price of the items. Overall good experience to grab yourself a good selection of Adidas branded items at a decent price! Just wish the men's shoe collection was a bit more lucrative. read more

TLDR: customers of certain race are humiliated while others of different race not. Typically I don't post negative reviews unless absolutely warranted. But this time it was totally out and out racism against a family. After completely cleaning up some paper pieces spread by my kids I picked up around 9 pairs of shoes we wanted to buy and we started to go for billing(it was late already). I re,arranged, put back shoes in each of boxes and kept on sitting place but didn't know exactly where those boxes were picked from, simply because it was impossible to know where I had picked up. I was then interrupted by associate pointing at 4 pairs of shoes we tried earlier --saying it's rude (and using some slurs) Hey put back the shoes and take it to where you picked it from. We are not here to do that. I was totally shocked, with the bag of 9 pairs of shopping shoes in my hand , with all around shoppers who have spread slippers ,shoes ,boxes, pairs we were the only customers picked up to re arrange , repack , put back in the respective shelves every pair of the shoes we ever tried in store. We had finalized our 9 pair of shoes( for 4 people) after spending 1.5 hours. Anyone knows it's tough to put back shoes in exact respective location if you finalized 9 pairs of shoes. All around us there were shoes slippers present which customers had tried, didn't fit/like hence were left on the ground. But no other customers were pointed to clean, rearrange the shoes and boxes. I asked her what about everything lying on floor right in front of their eyes which their associates we rearranging ---they said oh we missed asking those customers. Really?? We shopped near closing time, about 10:45, every employee wanted to let us know they were closing in 10 minutes, it's not 11:00 for 15 minutes, but whatever we were just looking at shoes. Decided to buy some, got in line while my son was browsing around. He was told by three different employees to "stop touching things because then they would have to fix it". No joke! My wife picked up some classic Superstars here, usual price was $95 on the label. Where the trainers were there was a sign saying take additional 50% off classic women's sneakers. As we went to register, price came up at $95 plus tax, when I quizzed this, Staff refused to honor the offer and insisted it was $95. Safe to say due to poor customer service we did not buy the shoes. No military discount without hassle either........ Shop at Nike the service is much much better! read more

This is the worst costumer service I have ever experienced in this mall, I spend around $1,400 at the store and I got a coupon was 20% unlimited, so it doesn't matter how much u wan to buy, at the time I was trying to pay they told me that was too much to use the coupon, I need to muy another one, what doesn't make any sense, but ok! I went the next day w my coupon and they told me they can't do it! I'm an Adidas girl all day. Came on the day many shoes were 2 for for $80. The shoes were Priced Right but the t-shirts were overpriced for an outlet store. I like that the store is located right off the parking lot so it's quick to find so you can start your shopping right away. Lol read more

Just left this store minutes ago... While my oldest daughter was checking out my middle daughter and I were contemplating buying matching Germany Jerseys. There was a sign nearby that said "Soccer Buy one get one 50% off. *second item of equal or lesser value". After agreeing how we would split the bill we chose to get them and got in line. Upon getting to the front of the line we were told they did not qualify for the deal. Initially I just said we would not purchase them and commented that they were FIFA jerseys which is obviously soccer and then just left. A couple minutes later I returned and asked to speak to the manager. I pointed out their multiple signs and the fact that in Large letters over the shirts we wanted to purchase was the word SOCCER and referred to the aforementioned signage. Again I was told it did not apply to the International Jerseys regardless of what the signs said or implied. I even pointed out that nowhere on the sign did it say that it did not include Jerseys. He admitted that he understood my confusion, but took no responsibility. He told me about a deal that would save me some money if I spent over $100 but not the same amount. It became clear to me that this was going nowhere and that they did not care that they were luring people to get stuff and hope that they bought enough they would catch that they didn't get the discounts they expected. I spoke to two other families in the store who were selecting Jerseys because they understood the deal the same way I did and just had to decide which ones to get. Their kids seemed so excited. I hope they were paying attention when they checked out so they didn't get robbed the way I almost did. Normally I would just give a buyer beware warning to read the fine print, but this place didn't even have any fine print to read. They just flat out lied! read more

The employees here are extremely courteous. They go above and beyond to assist your needs. I love that they have 360 degrees of awareness when it comes down to their employees regardless if they are short handed or not. When the sales are good the sales are good. I forgot to pack a pair of sneakers for Disney and I happened up a cute pair for $10!!!! Now this doesn't always happen but I fell into a good clearance and friend and family combo. Otherwise though, they do have good sales, sometimes they have percentages off the markdowns, they always have markdowns. You just have to be lucky to be there during the good sales. The reason for the 3 star is the store always smells bad. Like feet. And a new shoe store shouldn't smell like feet. Well I guess if smelly hot people are taking off their shoes to try on shoes then it would end up stinking but ick the last time I went in I couldn't even handle it. Plus the store is usually cluttered and messy. Like customers throw shoes around and don't put them back and then no one follows up to organize everything so its a free for all. We literally just purchased stuff here. It's busy, very very busy. The workers are probably very tired but as we checked out we were missing a pair of sunglasses that we purchased so we asked the kid at the register named JAY, or J, whatever. His first response was like as if we were stealing. His attitude was horrendous. It was like he was speaking to children. They left our sunglasses out of the box on their counter and gave us an empty box. Had we already walked out and didnt check we'd be out $50 dollars and they would be even less likely to believe us had we come back in to help. No apology or anything. He berated us the whole time for trying to find our sunglasses that we literally just purchased in front of him. WE DIDNT EVEN LEAVE THE COUNTER YET. When we initially asked where our sunglasses are there was no help at all, not even an attempt to look around. It was instant disregard for us. We told him maybe 7 or 8 separate times that we did not have the sunglasses we just purchased he replied every single time with "you have it somewhere on you" and completely refused to even try to help us. And then guess what, he noticed the sunglasses on HIS SIDE OF THE COUNTER WHERE WE COULD NOT SEE, there was no apology and no form of "oh whoops haha". Customer service is lost on this worker, who's name is Jay. I honestly should have videotaped it and taken it to Adidas corporate office as it was just completely appalling. read more

Best customer service ever! Just came by to exchange some leggings and could not find the size anywhere!!! I had someone check in the system and said there were two in store but that I had to look.
