I popped into the Nike Clearance Store to look for Nike's for my grandson. He loves Nike shoes and is growing like crazy. With each pair averaging around $70.00 my daughter was hoping that she would catch a break on the pricing. The store was uncomfortably crowded and this made it difficult to shop. The area for children felt limited with not as many options as we hoped for. There are small benches in the back where you can sit and try on clothes. Unfortunately they were being used by people who were waiting for whoever they entered the store with to finish up. The benches were social waiting areas. This made it especially hard to put multiple sneakers on my grandson to see which pair fit the best. Instead we went with one pair at $50.00. Twenty dollars off of the original price wasn't worth the hassle of driving out to the Loop area and receiving no customer service in a disorganized store. I scanned through the women's clothes before checking out and was not impressed with the inventory. I think that Marshals has similar stuff for a better price. read more

My kid wanted some new black kicks and luckily they opened this Nike Outlet near by at the Loop. The store is spacious, well organized, and lots of employees were around to help. We were on a budget and the whole store was 20% off which was nice. We debated on a few styles and found a retro pair that were nice but a little more than I wanted to spend. They have lots to chose from in a wide price range so it was easy to pick another cool pair. Actually, we saw two pair that we could buy for the price of the first one so that was great. Ummm... so, not sure why I expected it to be just like the ones at the outlets. It's not! Much more quality at outlets. Here, it feels like the left over "step children items" of Nike stores. Prices are just okay, not clearance as advertised. Prices are pretty similar too outlets. This is just a big warehouse, very busy and sterile. With that said, rating at 3, as they did honor the military discount. Way to go Nike!!! read more

I don't know what it is that has people coming in and getting crazy over the next sets of boxes that staff are putting out. I mean, I understand that people are so interested in getting their hands on Air Max and possible tougher to find ones, not so much Jordan's anymore, and at a good price. Really, anything less than retail seems like people jump on 'em real quick. Anyway, I have NEVER been to any clearance store or outlet before where they had to call in the local police and security guards from the mall/plaza to over see shoppers as they waited for the staff to put out shoes on the racks. I was shocked at how some people were spitting out violent words at one another at how they were gonna throw punches over certain pairs of shoes. It was crazy. I asked the associate if the rush were always like this and he said it was because so many people would buy their shoes and flip 'em. OH. Umm, that's common in Los Angeles too but it's not like this. . . crazy! The store was neat and pretty well organized. Signage was clearly posted and so were the exclusions. It made it easy to shop that way. I was able to find a few pairs of shoes, not air max, that were great priced and were comfy. I had to get at least one pair. It was too good a deal not to take advantage of the sale. I ended up leaving only with that but I was more than happy. The associates who weren't busy fighting off the resellers were all very helpful. They all went out of their way to help me, to look through the back stock to find what things I was looking for, and just really went above and beyond. This was my first visit to this new location. This new space where they got move in to , is HUGE! In my opinion is much better than the old location. I like that you have space to move around and you don't feel cramped. The store was organized and neat. The promotions were easy to identify since they were well signed. It made it easy to shop. They had a great deal additional 30% off everything ( even on clearance ). The place was SUPER busy. The line was insanely long. But it did move quickly. They didn't had to many associates on the sales floor to help customers. I will make sure that next time a visit is on a week day! read more

I'm so happy they closed the 192 store for this one! Sooooo much nicer! And way fewer bus loads of tourists. The store is huge and you're not constantly bumping into people. And not nearly the number of people that go in there hunting particular styles just to resell them. This is no joke! (Once had a guy in the old store try to sell us a pair). Similar styles to the old store, but a lot more inventory. Wish they would have had more women's flip flops other than a size 6. read more

I love this new location compared to where they were on 192. It's spacious. Large selection. Great prices. I hope once the pandemic is over or things get better, the no return policy will change or at least cover exchanges. Did some last minute shopping here before a trip recently on 8/14th. This was my first visit here! That being said I wish I had started shopping here sooner. I was looking for just casual comfortable shoes for walking. At first, I had trouble finding women's shoes that fit me. I wear between size 6-7 women's. The 6.5 was a bit too tight but the 7s were all too roomy since my feet are a little more narrow. An associate saw I was having trouble finding the right size and told me I should try the kids sizes since they'll be a little more narrow by fit. I was able to find a few that fit perfectly! They have a large variety of shoe styles and sizes. Most of the associates were more than happy to help! The prices also couldn't be beat. The aisles could be a little larger too narrow but not a big deal. The selection of sneakers are plentiful. Great colors and sizes. Good discounts on the clearance racks. Always have a good amount of employees walking around willing to help out. The lines tend to be long at times but they usually open a register quickly. Came to this Nike store and one of the employees at this store told me to download the app to save 15% off my total purchase price so I did and shop for almost 2 hours then when I went to paid and use my discount the women Manager told me I can't use it cause How many things I'm buying is considered bulk I was only buying $300 Worth of items, I'm more then sure people spend way more then $300 there and she give my sister the 15% discount and not me and my sister spend also $300, so I read the terms of the condition of the coupon and it does not say anything about if you have alot of items you can't use it, and I also call Nike customer service and they told me that's not right and the Manager should honor the discount because bulk orders is $5000 I didn't get the managers name this happen on a Thursday and she is a women blonde hair manager, I just wasted my time shopping here thinking I was able to afford the items with the coupon that one of her employees told me about but she was able to give it to my sister that had the same total as me I think she just didn't like me for some reason and that's not right and Nike customer service said that wasn't right also Managers should not pick favorites and make up their own rules when the terms and condition is right on the discount very bad shopping experience at the store would not recommend it at all read more

The selection seemed very limited. I wasn't in the market for a retail priced shoe of $150 and really, that's all they have. They're marked down to like $80. I'll echo what another reviewer said: "This store is okay if you like basketball shoes or high top sneakers, but I couldn't find anything I liked as far as regular sneakers or running shoes go. Some shoes are a good price and others are barely discounted if at all. I left empty handed." There were no just plain sneakers. I can buy decent Nikes for cheaper than this elsewhere. read more

I've been shopping here for the past 6 years and I have never been treated like I was treated today, by the store manger Kim. I live about 4 miles from this location so I frequent the store, being a avid Nike collector. Within 15 minutes of shopping I accumulated 2 pair of golf shoes and was debating between the size 11 or the size 12 they just put out when this lady Kim pick up my 2 pair of shoes and says that "Im a known reseller and I am not aloud to buy the shoes?" picks them up and walks off... Im appaled by her customer service. She could have been polite and said "Excuse me sir!" but no she profiled me, accused me of something I was not doing, then told me she would have me trespassed if I didn't listen to her as she goes on about a cart line that resellers have to wait in blah blah blah... I was buying 2 pair of gold shoes. Im not a reseller. and this is piss poor customer service. I have no clue why she would profile me, I have no idea why she wouldn't sell me more then 1 pair of the same shoes and I would have appreciated it if she handled the situation differently. I looked in the front of the store and there are no signs or instructions about a cart line, resellers, buying more then 1 pair of shoes or any of the such. Stopped here on my way home from Miami. Place isn't easy to find and it's not a quick get off the highway and get back on. But it's worth the stop. Place is crowded and crazy everyone's trying to find a deal. People just are grabbing shoes and taking them to there designated corners. Staff is as helpful as they can be with the crowds. I've been trying to get the fuschia Nike Triax Zoom (12th ed) since my last pair of running shoes gave out (that was the 11the ed). Since I was unable to find it online, I had then purchased the 13th ed for $100. meh. *I'm picky when it comes to running shoes because I run a lot and through trial and error and with some running profile tests, the Nike Triax fit best for slight overpronaters like me.* I found the 12th ed here for $65!!!
