Called Flatt to have them come out and to fix and clean my unit that was not blowing cold air at…read morethe time. Flatt come out not once but twice within a 1 week period. They said they had replaced 2 parts, got me a new electronic thermostat, and cleaned the unit. My dad had to visit 2 days later and noticed they didn't clean the unit like they said. However, I was charged $389 for all the services they claimed to have done and was told that we would need a new unit soon if it went out again. It has been 2 months and has went out 3-5 more times since then. Before spending $8,000-$10,000 on a new unit, we decided to get a second opinion. The new company came out immediately cleaned my unit and told my they the start capacitor was NEVER replaced, I paid $100 for that part. I called Flatt to get reason I was charged for something that wasn't replaced and they told me I could just use the new person from now on. UNPROFESSIONAL THIEVES.
