This place is TERRIBLE and even one star is too generous. Rented dumpsters for my work from them - on TWO occasions, they screwed up and there was ZERO accountability taken on their part. The calls are recorded but that does NO good when there is no regard or concern for customer service. I had a request for a pick up and then needed a replacement delivered and it is CLEARLY on the recording that I asked for this service but only the pick up occurred and there was zero apologies for their error. The 2nd mistake was when I was DONE with them and needed them to pick up on a Friday for a new dumpster to be delivered Saturday AM by another company and they NEVER SHOWED up. I had to call to REMIND them to come and when I talked to the 'manager' a day or so later (who is just awful and cares little to nothing about customer service) asking for reimbursement as I lost 3 days of productivity on a demo, she refunded my overage charges and basically said that was it - come to find out this is a family owned company so she is clearly protected in her job for life no matter how awful she is and she has no incentive to do a better job - stay FAR AWAY from this company. read more

On my 3rd dumpster with this company. I wish the customer service was better. Their driver put the dumpster too close to my house and my worker can't even open the gate. They refused to credit me for the lost day of use. Customer service sucks. This will likely be my last rental with this company. read more

I rented a roll off dumpster and reserved it online. Their prices were specifically stated on their website being that after the initial 2 weeks you could choose to keep the dumpster for $10 per day. When it came time to call and let them know I needed it for an extra week they claimed that their prices went up and it would be $25 per day. Not only is that false advertising and they should honor the price that was stated on their website when I reserved the dumpster they have poor customer service as well. When prices change the customers that are in the middle of a reservation deserve to have the prices they were quoted at the time of the rental agreement. I'm sure there are better companies to rent from that actually have morals and uphold honesty and integrity with their customers. read more

This place is a scam. You rent these big containers and fill them up and then they contact you weeks later saying you are over the limited. Had to pay hundreds of dollars in overage fee. Like $600 dollars. Then you get an ignorant phone call from the owner who doesn't want to help negotiate and talking about suing people!!! The worst kinds of people and consumer service I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and don't use these people. We needed up paying for the overage because we are good people but you can tell folks are scammers and shouldn't be in business for long!!!! read more

Contracted with a broker in Arizona. ADM Roll Off was the hauler and delivered the 15 yard dumpster the same day with no issues. 6 days later ADM Roll Off picked up the dumpster and caused significant damage to our yard by driving through the grass! I took pictures and contacted ADM regarding resolution. I was told that since I used a broker that they were not liable for any damages and to contact the broker. Many phone calls have been made to both parties without any resolution. The damage was caused by an ADM Roll Off driver in an ADM Roll Off truck. The owner of ADM David Batram will not even return or take my phone calls. I have since had the yard repaired by a landscaping company for $200. This situation is all about taking responsibility and doing what is right. I would not recommend doing business with this company! read more

I'd give less than 1 star if I could.ADM Roll Off delivered a dumpster for a roof replacement. The dumpster was placed in the driveway at the time of drop off. When ADM came to pick the dumpster up all hell broke loose. The driver was obviously drunk. He smelled like alcohol. He then proceeded to take the dumpster off the FLAT driveway, turn it sideways in the yard and pin it against a tree. WE videotaped and photographed the entire debacle. Needless to say the yard is absolutely destroyed after 3 days of rainy weather. The front yard looks like a motorcross track now thanks to ADM roll off. When we called to express my frustration, the immature little girl (Taylor) claiming she was the "manager" said they are not responsible for their gross negligence and the damage that resulted. Then to add insult to injury the little girl hung up on me and refused to answer any calls from us. HORRIBLE COMPANY. HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE LIABILITY. HORRIBLY IMMATURE. I ordered a dumpster to be placed in the driveway by a qualified, experienced roll off company (not thrown off a truck into my front yard by a drunk, inexperienced, careless person. I'm a repeat customer because the service is great! The lady who sets up the appointments is so sweet, and she even called 2 days before we were due to get our container picked up to see if we needed extra time. The nice man who delivered it was the same to pick it up, and placed the container exactly where we showed him. He was careful not to squash anything driving, a feat that I would have a hard time with in my own car! He explained when he would be back, and told me to call if we had any questions. I was completely comfortable with him coming to my house - he's a clean cut young man and I felt like I could trust him. I"ll be using them again I'm sure! read more
