They asked what items we wanted picked up and had to be specific. They charge by the amount of space the items take up in the truck. So they can't give you an exact estimate but they will tell you examples such $300 for the amount of 4 refrigerators (just an example) we called them on a Friday and we're scheduled for Monday. They came pretty early and got the stuff out. The price was not bad at all. We had 2 mattresses some tables and some more items moved and I think my partner paid between 2-$300. There a trampoline in the backyard and they said that they can come back and break it down it would only be about $100 I think. I know I don't have concrete dollar amounts but I say if you have allot of junk please call the college hunks

This place is TERRIBLE and even one star is too generous…read more Rented dumpsters for my work from them - on TWO occasions, they screwed up and there was ZERO accountability taken on their part. The calls are recorded but that does NO good when there is no regard or concern for customer service. I had a request for a pick up and then needed a replacement delivered and it is CLEARLY on the recording that I asked for this service but only the pick up occurred and there was zero apologies for their error. The 2nd mistake was when I was DONE with them and needed them to pick up on a Friday for a new dumpster to be delivered Saturday AM by another company and they NEVER SHOWED up. I had to call to REMIND them to come and when I talked to the 'manager' a day or so later (who is just awful and cares little to nothing about customer service) asking for reimbursement as I lost 3 days of productivity on a demo, she refunded my overage charges and basically said that was it - come to find out this is a family owned company so she is clearly protected in her job for life no matter how awful she is and she has no incentive to do a better job - stay FAR AWAY from this company.

One time I needed two Dumpster 's the next day and she managed to get them to me. No problem. The delivery of the Dumpster's has always been perfect. Dave has delivered most of my dumpsters and is so friendly and awesome. He is always on time and makes sure that I have the dumpster exactly where I need it.
