More hand heads, more than heat sealer and more TVs! In each bay you should have 2 people working together- one sticking one unhooking. Six chairs one person- slows it down! Calling system for screening needs work, either a screen or display with donor number or an intercom system. Often in waiting room cannot hear your name being called by screeners. read more

They have had 2 people who can stick on the floor for weeks. Taking 4+ hours to stick.. today, it is 6:35. I had a 6am appt. I was screened in less than 10mins. No one has been called back to the beds to be stuck. 2 individuals who have stuck me many times are in screening and just making jokes. I have had to leave multiple times because of backlog was just unacceptable. Called numerous times to corporate. They don't care. As I type this, still hear lots of setting up in the area. They were very nice and informative. The wait time was a little long. It was more like 3 1/2 hour for a first time donor versus the 2 hour time frame they advertise, but I did go around lunch time so I would recommend people go first thing in the morning. My phlebotomist was very caring and informative and their pay out is very generous as well! read more

This visit has been the most horrific experience ever! Fourth time back and it took three and a half hours to make it to the back. Once in the back, I'm waiting an additional two hours by the most slow, clumsy non-carinf nurse ever. Dropping trash all over the floor and walking away and not focusing on her section. Wish I knew the name so I could add but... To add to the worse experience ever, the other nurses are just aimlessly walking around. I've been calling this business countless times a day for a week and they still haven't answered the phone. You would think with how much money these places make that they could have someone to answer calls. As much as I would love to make the long drive there to have simple questions answered, absolutely not. They lose so much business for having a phone line that famously never gets answered. Absolutely the worst donation center I have been to.. some of the workers there were racist and made racist comments to me. The last time I went in the woman had an attitude and pulled the needle out violently and caused my arm to bruise.. some of the employees lied . Never in my life have I felt more discriminated against and treated like I am trying to do something wrong. 4 times in the span of a month I have drove 8 miles there and back ,3x in one day let you know. To be declined because I didn't eat breakfast . I understood the first time because my mail didn't have a date but even with documentation I was declined again. Just to get a $10 coupon that will be mailed to me. Your employees gave me false information and thought it was funny to see my frustration that I have to keep coming back to get declined again and again. Rude, unprofessional staff. I came in the morning of 6/1 as a new donor and when I entered the building the staff looked at me and did not acknowledge me standing at the front desk for a few minutes even though they were sitting right in front of me doing nothing. You could hear a pin drop. They finally looked up at me with raised eyebrows and if to say "what do you want" and I finally said "HI" . She asked what I wanted and I said well I guess I would be considered a new donor and she said oh we aren't taking new donors. She walked away to apparently ask someone if they could take me and she said they apparently said no. It's 9:30am on a Saturday and you aren't taking new donors. Make it make sense. I work Monday through Friday so I will never be able to donate with these rules. I am also a phlebotomist at Labcorp and I am glad I am who I am at work and as a person in general. I would never treat people that way, especially a stranger. Also the office smelled like feces sewage. I'm not sure if it's like that daily because this is my first time here. If I could rate zero stars I would but one was the lowest option. read more

The other reviews are accurate. There's too much staff turnover to feel comfortable. They DO damage veins, costing opportunities and money. Every time I come I here someone questioning/correcting their compensation. In nearly three years of doing this, the only times I have had issues are when no us qualifications are being met. Suddenly my arm is infiltrated and severely bruised, suddenly my veins play hide'n'seek, suddenly my hematocrit plummets between visits.... There's only a couple of staffers I trust and really feel comfortable with, the rest just make me nervous. This has only gotten worse over the last few months to the point I'm looking elsewhere. There are a lot of things I like about ADMA over BioLife where I went back home, but today they rejected me due to a pulse of 49. This is not my usual pulse but it does occasionally get that low, and at BioLife they were always able to get an athletic pulse override. I was literally donating there for 3 years and had a low pulse many times and it was never, ever an issue. These people are apparently not up to speed enough to do that. So not only have I wasted the gas money to drive all the way down here, but now they've eliminated my chances of getting the end of month bonus. All because at that particular point in time my pulse was 1 beat below their cut off, and it could very well climb over in a minute's time. Give me a goddamn break. I have been going to this location for over a year. I haven't had any issues giving donations. The location is clean and staff is friendly. Drink lots of water the day of your donation, and don't eat too many fatty foods and your donation will go more smoothly. read more

Without the donor they would have no plasma and they are being very disrespectful to us for our time and commitment to donating. So i'm glad i did not take the reviews to heart before coming to this place. First things first, this place has you in and out in no time. If you honestly think that you are there for too long then i'd say that you are incredibly impatient. Even with the parking lot completely packed i was still in and out within an hour. Something tells me that the previous reviews i'm seeing are people who went in for their initial set up and never returned. You spend a good couple hours to have all your info updated and created in their system for your first visit. After the first visit it typically takes no longer than an hour. Also, the staff are incredibly friendly and treat you quickly. They also make it a point to make sure you are comfortable and meet all the criteria. I notice on other reviews that people are mad because they didn't meet the Physical requirements such as blood pressure etc.... that's not ADMA's fault... They reject you to keep you safe not because they feel like it... They also offer incentives such as raffles for cash/gift cards if you go 8 times within a month. Overall, i'll keep my business here as it gives me something to do and get a little cash on the side for hobbies. read more

When this location first opened it was great. The staff was friendly and quick. But this location as grown at an exponential rate and they have not kept up with training all the new staff they've hired as a result. I finally decided to write this review based on my experience yesterday. One of the worst things that you can ever expect to happen at a place that involves needles and blood happened. While I speaking to the front desk attendant I noticed blood on my hand. Someones else's blood. I then noticed blood smeared on the front counter. I immediately told the ADMA employee that I needed to a wipe to clean my self. It took the employees more than a minute to return with sanitizing wipes and I just stood there in shock with someone else's blood all over my hand. They responded in a very nonchalant way as if it were no big deal that I had been exposed to someones else's blood. Not one apology was given. This was the last straw for me. I assume the blood was from a bleeding finger as they prick your finger every time you donate. I myself have had issue with my finger continuing to bleed well after and I've always wondered how sanitary a place can be when everyone has blood on their fingers??? I told the front desk employee that band aids should be given after the finger prick. He said they are but I've been donating here for a year and I have never been offered a band-aid. I think it should be mandatory. They should personally put the band-aid on everyone's finger after the prick. I've delt with extremely long wait times, phlebotomist who can't find a vein to save their live (I've been stuck a many as 5 times in one visit, has blood squirt out all over the place, has sore arms for days after, and had purple -bruised arms from the injection site all the way down my arm), I've experienced unprofessional employees who ignore me and carry conversations with each other about their personal lives, I've been being given misinformation about bonuses and other policies month after month, I've called and been told I can donate only to drive all the way there and been told that my protein was too low so I can't donate. The staff is untrained and incompetent. They do not care about you and offer no apologies when they make a mistake that causes you inconvenience. I've experience the steady decline in costumer service in the last year and being exposed to someone else's blood yesterday was what prompted me to finally quit going there and write this review. read more

Most the employees are damn near brain dead and don't care for people's time like they will literally stand there doing completely nothing staring into space in damn la-la-land when your machine beeped 5 minutes ago and it really takes no requirement or time to remove a donor I've seen people who never stick anyone take the damn needle out so there's no reason why I should sit there for any extended amount of time after completion if they have the time to play with their hair and what not. They also need to make sure people are trained in this place properly before just going around stabbing anyone I saw someone had to be re-stuck twice and he just ended up leaving, and I was also given a great bruise. Never had one of those before in my life until I got stabbed by some fairly new girl here, go somewhere else there's better places. read more

On your first visit you have to come an hour before closing to get a physical. If you are standing there at the desk registering and you have to go to your car to get another piece of information, you can't donate that day. They also will tell one person they do not accept a picture of your drivers license, and then tell another person it's ok. Then when called out on it, they act like you never said anything about it because if you did they would have accepted it. Horrible customer service. Don't waste your time here. There are better places out there that really want your service and help. read more

I have thoroughly enjoyed coming to the ADMA Bio Centers location in Kennesaw. The people who work there are always friendly and seem to genuinely care! I have a tricky vein that curves a bit and "rolls" but it's never really a problem. I started coming to ADMA last May but took a break over the summer, and started back again in November. It's nice to have technicians who know me and know how to work with that tricky vein. I also like that I can request the technician that I want, if it's feasible. It's also nice to see repeat clients that you've seen before or people who you've chatted with. It really makes going feel like a friendly gathering while you help others in need and earn extra money. I rated this business as a 4 because there seems to be a little turnover with the employees - which I imagine is frustrating to the hard working people who have remained consistent with the company, because they invest a lot of time with training new employees. Also, the ladies room usually needs a little TLC. Overall, it's a great facility, nice technicians, and the monthly incentives as well as extra income are awesome! read more
