These employees that work in an air conditioned building, get a designated lunch break and then after like they are so over worked and allowed to be so rude to you for why they have horrible work ethics. I am a truck driver and I work 70 hours a week unloading trucks in the heat after I work my 70 hours I get a 30 hour reset I have spent half of my reset in this parking lot going in and out trying to get my script, filled hearing excuse after excuse. but they are the ones that want a trophy because it takes them 4 days, 5 calls, 4 visits to count to 30 and fill a pill bottle up while they are condescending to you the entire way. When I confirmed with my insurance they stated it was not accurate and also showed me three procedure codes that were misquoted, they were quoted way higher. They also tried to charge me a crown lab fee of $550 and per my insurance they are not allowed to charge more than $100 lab fee. She obviously did not like being corrected and said it was the benefits team that uploaded the benefits wrong and stated she didn't appreciate me being disrespectful and hung up on me. But it's OK to misquote me, take my $500 and then when I call you to tell you that your treatment plan is wrong. I'm being disrespectful.. I don't know how you can be a manager and be so horrible at taking feedback and corrections. Typically it's the persons job at the desk to verify the insurance and cost benefit. In her office, there is a team that does it and that is fine. However, the feedback and information are going to come back to the manager, and the manager should be receptive to the feedback.

All the shelves were perfectly arranged with all the cans facing out -- so it was easy to see what they had (and didn't have). Meanwhile they had a lot of stock -- compared to some of the other Walmarts we've been in recently. In addition, I found most everything on my short list which I usually don't.
