I have been coming to this salon since moving to WPB 3 years ago. I drive 30 minutes to get here because this is more than a busy salon, it's a family. Lily is not only skilled at what she does, but kind, compassionate, and a joy to be around. I can't even understand the negative reviews I'm reading, but I am not someone with dark hair that is trying to go platinum blonde in Florida...so perhaps that's the issue. Before leaving a negative review and impacting someone's business, perhaps you should pause and appreciate your role in the outcome. The amount of women I see and hear request for bleach blonde, and zero appreciation for what it will do to their hair are simply focused on the viral photo may be an issue. Had my hair cut by lily last week. It was the quickest chop job ever! My husband who never comments said omg what did she do to the back of your hair! Came in for the second time today to see Autumn. I am so happy I found a hairstylist who does blondes so well! I loved my first time having Autumn do my hair--but going back again was even better. I will only be letting her foil my hair from now on. My hair is healthy, BLONDE and has so much volume. I love how she styles it and love that the cut she gives me is easy to manage. I've been a satisfied client for nearly 18 years! Have never had any issues with my highlights/lowlights or haircuts. I called to make an appointment for a hair cut and asked to have Autumn cut my hair. After being put on hold, the receptionist came back and said that Autumn felt uncomfortable with doing my hair. Confused, I asked what she meant she felt uncomfortable. She said I don't know, maybe a personality conflict. Which is very strange to me considering she only cut my hair once and nothing jumps out at me as to why there would be any personality conflict. She didn't even talk while doing my hair. Maybe she has her own personality issues. Definitely shouldn't be in a service industry if you do not know how to work with all people. I have been coming to this salon since 2005 and never once did I have any issues with a stylist. I definitely will not be returning to Visions. They have lost 3 customers (me and my 2 daughters). I came in today for a consult with Sam for a corrective hair color "emergency" I'm sure she was booked but she took the time to see me and started on me right away. She saved me from having to live with orange "hot roots" from a bad home coloring. I came out of the salon with the exact color I was trying to acheive in the first place. No more orange. If I could give 0 stars I would. Hey lovelies! I just wanted to share my experience with visions salon just in case any of you were considering going there. I just moved to the area and was recommended this salon. It has been years and years since getting my hair done due to pregnancy and surgeries. I was so excited. Lily did my hair and the salon argues that it was beautiful. I sat there 4 hours and was charged $355. Instead of going back to get it fixed I went to my old salon in Davie where I trusted someone. ( Bella hair salon ) They won't refund anything were rude and didn't care. Live and learn. First picture after visions salon worked on it. Second picture Bella hair salon fixed it. To say I'm sad disappointed and mad is an understatement I see owners response. I went out of town and emailed the salon as soon as I got home a few days later. I had to message through fb and Instagram before they responded. Any photos he posts will be filtered or photoshopped. This place is such an ugly gross disgrace. read more

Love it here. Have been using visions for several years and have seen many different stylists. They've recently acquired new stylists that are very good as well. I always receive the color and cut I want. Only time I had a bad experience was when a stylist took 8-9 hours to color and cut my hair, never offered water or bathroom break, then wanted me to come back and finish another day because she was too slow. It was a painful process. Almost agonizing to be there for SO LONG. That stylist isn't working there anymore and was the only bad experience I've had! I like the vibe inside, clients are well respected, the place is clean, very busy. Not giving 5 stars because sometimes the hair wash process is nice and relaxing and other times it's rushed. In addition it can be very expensive depending on what you are getting. I wouldn't go anywhere else in town! read more

Wish I read these reviews. I haven't colored my hair in years, came in and asked for natural color. They bleached my hair, I left in tears. I showed multiple photos and said I basically wanted it to be a tiny bit brighter and unnoticeable. I came out with bleached streaky blonde hair that is basically white and looks terrible. Now driving down to a salon in Miami and spending a fortune to attempt to get it fixed. I called the salon the next day asking them to pass my message along to the colorist so it wouldn't happen to someone else. They didn't say sorry or offer anything. Ugh :( read more

Very disappointed. Root touch up was very dark, color should have been light brown. I was told by stylist that I booked for a blow dry and that I had to do it or she would never do my hair! Took wife's money and messed up her hair. When she asked for a refund they refused. She was only interested in a partial refund but they did not even begin to negotiate that. The manager was rude on the phone and did not budge on negotiation. If she would have gotten what she wanted to begin with she would have never asked for a refund. I can't say enough great things about my hair stylist, Shereen. I lived in Boston for ten years and freaked out about having to leave my hairdresser. I'm so nuts I would actually schedule a haircut when I would go back to visit friends and family. I tried some salons in Florida and cried over my hair (stylists that took too much off, gave me crooked cuts - I have pin straight hair, ugh!). I tried Visions when my fiancé brought me a gift card from a charity raffle and am very happy I did! I've been going to Shereen for a while now, and she's the same friendly, warm, and engaging stylist each and every time. This girl LISTENS to how I want my hair cut and she delivers. She's precise, careful, and quick. During my last visit, her level of dedication and customer service stood out and I had to leave a Yelp review. Her neck was hurt, and instead of cancelling or rescheduling me, she honored my appointment and gave me an incredible cut as usual. I called the salon the manager told me to come in, instead Jenna who destroyed my hair apologized and said - I had a feeling this would happen- WTF!!!! Really! That manager - Jackie never came out to meet me (gutless) in the attempt to fix this - the gray green was taken out and a horrible strawberry blonde was replaced! I called and asked if anyone in the salon was able to do two French braids and it's not something they usually do but said they had someone that could do it and I could come in. The girl that did my hair was very nice and did an ok job I just wish everyone would have been honest and say I'm sorry but we are unable to do what your really asking for. Usually my braids last a week these braids didn't last a day and of course they charged me $45 for a service they really couldn't provide when they should have been honest about it from the beginning. What a waste of money. I'm really upset about the service and would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

A family member hired 2 gals from this salon to do hair for 8 or so bridesmaids at her wedding venue. Paid $75 for a bad attitude, scalp burn and an updo that thankfully lasted all day. My stylist was larger, hard of hearing, had short hair, and apparently doesn't have any feeling in her hands because when I sat on the chair she grabbed my hair apparently damp, started straightening it and burned my scalp. She said she couldn't do a curly updo because my hair was too clean and I had to insist twice to get what I wanted. The stylist preferred not to do braids and said she would only do the bun portion of the updo while the other stylist will do the braid portion. When the other stylist styled the braid she left out some hair and I wanted to make it symmetrical and my larger stylist got livid and started shouting that I wanted all of my hair up, whatever I'm asking for is going to hurt and what I was saying does not match the picture. Looks like this place has a good relationship with their clients. In my experience though, just avoid the larger stylist so you too can avoid a scalp burn and rude customer service. read more

I've been going to Brianna at Visions for six years. She is amazing with color, highlights, lowlights, cut and styling. I have a LOT of hair and not everyone knows how to handle it. She's an expert. Four years ago, I moved an hour north but still make the trip every six weeks to Wellington. The assistants are great as well. Autumn, in particular, is fabulous! Liked this spot but they stated they "can't book me anymore" because I "cancelled too many times" when I've rescheduled each time I wasn't able to go. Last time I couldn't go because I had the flu and slept through the whole day. When I was able to go, I tipped $35 for a trim each time because I liked the person I was with. My hair stylist Sue Hook is fabulous!!!! Always on-time, always professional and always consistent. I moved from NY 17 years ago and was never happy with any salon I went to till I found Sue at Visions. She has done a wonderful job getting rid of the gray and the blond highligts ALWAYS comes out great. This is a two step dying process and I have been delighted each and every time with the results. I had the WORST experience, I went to Jenna there, asked for a Lisa Rinna shag and I ended up with a pixie 1 inch long...right before the holidays!! What is worse, I told the stylist is was super upset and asked for money back, the owner did not care enough to call or do a refund. I went to 2 other salons to see what they could do to fix this mess, both told me it was very unprofessional for the owner not to try and make good or call the client! Tara Weldon is a true professional and superstar! She has been cutting and coloring my hair for well over 10 years and I can't imagine ever going to anyone else. In addition to her stellar color skills, she is an expert with the scissors. One of my favorite things about Tara is that she never gets stuck in a rut - she is constantly attending seminars and keeping up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and products. She has a great eye for knowing what color will best compliment your skin tone and what styles will best compliment your face shape and personal style.
