Truly a 5 star experience. I was calling around to various car audio/stereo places as there was an issue with my aux port. Dave not only answered all my questions, he also asked his own to ensure I was on the right track to having my issue resolved. He went above and beyond to get me scheduled in so I didn't have to drive 7+ hours that weekend with a faulty aux port. It's been about 2 weeks now and I haven't had a single issue out of the port. Absolutely blown away by the system they installed! After talking for a while about what I wanted, Dave was great at explaining his vision for my needs, and he nailed it! Word of advice: Once they get to know what you're looking for, let the experts do their thing and defer to their judgment. You won't be sorry. Replaced the Bose system in my 2021 Hyundai Sonata and it sounds amazing! I knew I wanted hard hitting bass, but didn't want it to compromise sound quality and it delivers! I am now hearing things I've never heard before in songs. For example: Winds of Change, the opening whistling sounded phenomenal, and I heard some almost angelic 'ahhh's in the background that I never knew were there (maybe it was just the euphoria of the experience) ;) Change over to some older 90s rap and it can get crazy deep and loud without distortion. Hard rock? No longer gets ear-piercing with distortion at higher volumes, and no longer missing that low-end punchy bass that I knew would make it sound so much better. I used to install my own car audio back in the day and always found myself tweaking it because, there was always something off. Now I know it was because I was an amateur and having a professional install has made it so much better. I'm not constantly adjusting anymore because it's already perfect. During my daily commute, I'm going to be moving over to the right lane and driving slower so I can enjoy the music longer. It is like a massage for my ears every time I get in my car. My gas mileage already improved, though I might end up using more gas because I'm going to find more excuses to drive now. :) I absolutely love it! read more

I had been referred to Dave at Adrenaline a couple of years ago when I was considering doing some electronic upgrades. About 6 months ago I took my 2015 Honda Accord to Adrenaline for a remote start integration. I was very happy with the operation of the new system and also relieved that everything else in the car worked as it should. (We've all worried about what happens under the dash when doing aftermarket installs). Today, I picked the same car up from having a pretty in-depth audio upgrade. I had a new Mosconi DSP amp, Bonneville Laboratories speakers and an Audiofrog sub installer by Dave. This was all integrated into my factory Honda navigation system. Dave fabricated a custom sub enclosure paying very close attention to performance as well as visual aesthetics. The enclosure was mounted under the rear shelf behind my back seats. The result looked nothing short (if not better than) factory OEM. There was absolutely no visual evidence inside the car that anything was ever touched. The finished product of my system was beyond my wildest expectations. I was able to work with Dave on the "fine tuning" to "brighten up" the sound to my personal liking. It should also not go without saying that budget was a major concern. Dave worked up five or more (?) scenarios of what would work well within my car. Everything from power a upgrade "stepping stone" to a full state of the art system that would make any audiophile blush. I shot for a middle option and couldn't be more happy. My car audio sounds tremendous. Dave delivered EXACTLY what I wanted despite my inexperienced description of what I was looking for. This is the third car I have taken to Dave and as always the product and service is excellent. Drove away with a car audio system that sounds amazing. The quality of the work is incredible. But it doesn't stop there. I have a very strange and rare vehicle. As part of the installation of my new system they realized that my battery is behind the front tire and not easy to get to. You have to remove the tire and get up under the quarter panel. Here is where the story gets good. While they were connecting power to the battery they noticed that the batter was 6 years old. They called me and asked if I wanted them to run down to the auto parts store and get a new battery and install it while they have access to it. What incredible service. That is really going above and beyond. My advice to anyone needing a stereo, video or other electronic additions to your car. Don't call anyone else, don't look at anyone else, call Dave and get on the schedule. You won't regret it! read more

Adrenaline Autosound did an amazing job with our 2011 MV-1. Since we bought the vehicle new we've complained about the extremely poor audio system (an almost complete lack of sound dampening). It's something we've wanted to upgrade for a while. We also wanted to add a backup camera. I first talked to Brandon. I was really impressed with his enthusiasm for tackling something new, as well as his ideas for how to make it better. He went into great detail about the quality of the materials they would use (there was going to be some custom fabrication required and he wanted to make sure it looked original and was done right). He also demoed some speaker options and everything he showed us sounded great. After checking out a couple of other local custom install shops, I was sold on Adrenaline Autosound. They weren't necessarily the least expensive, but they also didn't sound like they just wanted to turn out another job. They were going to make sure everything was done right and were excited for a new challenge. Also, going in, I knew I wanted a permanently mounted camera (one that looked factory, and not one screwed to the top of the license plate). Brandon totally understood and had the perfect solution. One of the other shops I checked out tried to tell me all the reasons why screwing it to the top of the license plate was a better option, when I really think it was just easier for them. I then followed up with a second conversation with Dave and was equally impressed. We actually added onto the project a bit, namely to include an amplifier with DSP, and that's when things got rolling. Another big plus, Brandon and Dave were also willing to work with us to minimize the amount of time we were without the vehicle, which really meant a lot. An MV-1 is a bit unique in that it is the only vehicle that comes from the factory fully wheelchair accessible. Anytime without my vehicle is time that I'm stuck at home. They actually did the job in two steps. The first took a couple of days for disassembly and installation of most of the speakers, amplifier, head unit and backup camera. We then picked up the vehicle and during the time that we had it back, Brandon worked on the custom panels for the front door speakers (the MV-1 doesn't come with front door speakers, so they fabricated custom panels and ordered a specific vinyl covering that perfectly matched the color and texture of the surrounding plastic OEM door panel). We then went back for one more day of installation where the door panels were fitted and the DSP presets were programmed. The first time getting into the vehicle to hear everything was amazing. I am familiar with DSP in terms of home theater, but was truly blown away with the application in a vehicle. When working with a home theater, you don't necessarily have multiple location presets (at least not in my home application), but Brandon programmed presets for the passenger seat (where I sit) and a general preset (in addition to a valet setting). It sounded so amazing I asked him if he minded adding another preset for the driver seat, so my wife could enjoy the difference. Which he was happy to do. Basically, when you're sitting in a seat of focus, the music sounds like it is coming from right around your head. When changing it to the general preset (meant to sound good from any seat) the sound almost feels like it moves out to the corners of the car. It was crazy. On the last long trip we took my wife just kept commenting about how there were parts of songs she had forgotten were there. The speakers and the set up really bring out the best of any type of music we listen to. I had also asked them to include a dedicated fader control and the ability to adjust the subwoofer level. Previously, when people sat in the backseat they would complain about the rear speakers being too loud, so we wanted to have the ability adjust the sound towards the front when necessary. Also, we wanted to be able to adjust the subwoofer level, depending on the type of music being listened to. However, Adrenaline has done such a great job of tuning and balancing everything, that I'm not sure we will ever need to use those! In the end, I don't think anyone would guess that any of it, including the backup camera, didn't come from the factory. All looks, and sounds, amazing! read more

Dave is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about all things car audio. I recently did my own custom build for the very first time and ran into a few issues, out of desperation i called around and Dave was by far the most helpful person i spoke to. He helped me understand how to protect and get the most out of my audio system all over the phone! But it doesn't stop there, my friend recently purchased a subwoofer from him that we later discovered had a few problems. Rather than make us jump through hoops with warranty's or repairs he went out of his way to ensure we had the best experience we possibly could and took care of it on the spot. The big take away from this for me personally was that at adrenaline audio you, the customer, come first and they will do everything they possibly can to help you no matter the circumstance. This company just installed the Momento M5 Dash Cam in my SUV today. I had researched dash cams and researched installers--Adrenaline Autosound and Dave were hands down the overall choice. What I learned was that Dave and Adrenaline Autosound sell products that they have used and can verify will perform as intended. In my case and not being a "techie" by any stretch, Dave explained in non-tech detail what I should look for in a dash cam design, how the Momento M5 worked, the install process, how long it should take and the total cost. Once the install was completed, Dave sat in the car with me and explained again, step by step, how to use the dash cam and answered all questions. I recently went to Adrenaline Autosound to have the standard system replaced in my Jeep. The goal was to provide more low end and these guys did not disappoint. The end result is fantastic sound, a clean install and so much clear, loud low end that it vibrates the entire cab. I listen to all types of music, but mainly Rock. However, since this install I've been listening to more Rap and Hip Hop because the lows sound SOOOOOO good. I could go on and on about the quality of the parts, but any shop can install quality parts. What you'll be hard pressed to find is a shop that will provide you with better support and service than Adrenaline Autosound. I'm not talking about the sale. Yes, they did a fantastic job of presenting me with options based on my budget. I spent time in their shop listening to various hardware combinations and letting them paint a picture for me of how they could address my needs. But what was most impressive was the support I received after the install. My setup had bugs. There was an issue with the Jeep steering wheel controls communicating with the particular head unit under certain circumstances. This was not something Adrenaline could have known about ahead of time and was very specific to how I was using the system. However, Adrenaline took complete responsibility for the issue. Never in any customer service situation have I seen a more dedicated response to solving an issue that had nothing to do with the quality of the installation. There were hours of research followed by well crafted, caring emails to help diagnose and address the my issue. Where most shops would have gone radio-silent, AA was emailing me faster than I could respond. In the end the only solution was to swap out a piece of hardware to which AA ate the cost. I can't say enough great things about this shop. You will NOT find service like this anywhere else. read more
