Prompt, affordable, and way more helpful than they needed to be when I was in a jam during a long…read morecar trip. All I asked for was a tow but luckily the driver had time to spare so he offered to swap out my recently deceased battery for a new one. I don't know if they normally do that or if it was just a slow day for them. But either way, I appreciated it. It saved me all the hassle (and time) of being towed to another body shop (not Peterson's) approved by my tow program, and coordinate the rental car since I was on a tight travel deadline for work and needed to be 200 miles north of my dead car by the end of the day. (And then having the rental car people pick me up, take me back 15 miles to their shop, and get all set up with a car. All that jazz.) Instead, they swapped out my battery for me and had me back on the road, with my own car and the money that I would have spent on a rental car, within about an hour. And every single person involved with Peterson's that I interacted with was very friendly, helpful, and were really concerned about making sure I was back on the road ASAP. Big thanks to these guys. I hope my car never breaks down near Big Lake again, but if it does, I will definitely call these guys.

I did not…read moreknow who to call so I picked up my phone and called the first towing service that came up on my phone when I googled it which was "Flash Towing & Recovery" about ten miles from where I broke down. To my surprise, my phone call was answered immediately and not by some answering service. It was the tow truck driver himself who answered my call and I must say; he (Dave) was very nice and helpful. He said he would arrive within 30 minutes and he in-fact did just that. When he arrived, he was very nice and pleasant to talk to even while hooking up my car to load on his truck. He was equally nice and pleasant to talk to while driving to my mechanic's shop where I wanted my car to be dropped off for repair. Overall I would say this entire experience was the best customer service I had ever experienced. This company has to be one of the best in the entire country in my opinion. They made it look like it was in good condition. When I received it, I was in utter shock. It looked like it had been sitting next to the Titanic. Friedrich's gave it a paint job and said it was good to go. I talked with them after I received it and told them it was a rust bucket. They should have never sold this trailer, it should have been scrapped. The owner sent me a check for $4500.00, it only covered a 1/4 of what needed to be repaired on it. I'm writing this review for anyone looking from another state to buy anything from these guys. In all my years I never thought anyone ethical could sell this trailer to anyone in such unusable and poor condition. The owner of this business is a prick. Buyer beware!!
