Staff really incredibly rude. The cashier misinterpreted my order. I questioned it immediately…read moreand even asked to see the receipt before the food was made. But I was told that I would get the receipt with the food. So when the food came out wrong, and overcharged, I took it back for a refund and to have it remade. At this point, I was mostly treated like a criminal. The manager, who until then had been speaking beautiful English to the other foreign guests, pretended to only speak German. Refused to speak English, but only to me. Treated me with total contempt​. Sent someone to my table to retrieve my "returned" fries which just seemed petty. They remade my meal, but with a totally unnecessary attitude. Just apologize and fix it. I am the guest.
