Office staff at the Henderson Pass location would not assist and only would send my call to Mr. Darlings voicemail, which he would NOT respond to... Overpriced and underserved... Hey, if you've got cash to throw away, use this agency... If you want great prices and excellent customer service do what I did and go to State Farm... I cannot wait to meet 'Jake', LOL... "Like a good neighbor..."
