Adriana is amazing! TLDR: She truly cares about her clients, and is not just out to make a sale. She is professional and knowledgeable, yet personable, caring, honest, thoughtful and considerate. She always has her clients best interest in mind. Our personal experience: We were out of the area and knew we had one year out before selling our condo and moving to the Roseville area. We researched different realtors and for some reason the reviews on her seemed to fit us. From the reviews we gathered she was a genuine, down to earth person who truly cares for her clients. We gave her a call and told her about our situation and she suggested we meet. When we met her at a Starbucks, we could tell she was perfect. When my husband made his way up to Roseville for work, she would set up different homes in the area for my husband to view even though we were not actively looking to buy. She wanted to help us to get familiar with the different areas. We looked in Lincoln, Rocklin, and primarily Roseville. Even though we were not ready to purchase a house and was probably a year out, she insisted doing all this for us. By looking at the different neighborhoods, we were able to narrow down the exact location we found best for us. When we finally moved to Roseville, she still diligently took us to look at different homes, even though we were still not ready to buy. Within the year, the home prices went up a bit and we realized we needed to up our house budget to be in the area we wanted. Adriana never pressured us and allowed us to come to the conclusion ourselves based on the homes we were viewing. She respected our budget and our choices. She even checked to make sure we really were comfortable to increase our budget. She helped explain the different areas and the mello roos, which we found some realtors weren't informing their clients and didn't seem to have as much understanding. For those looking in Placer County, there is a site where one can look up property taxes for an address and if you understand mello roos, can use that to calculate the mello roos, if there is any. Adriana would always calculate the mello roos for us. She would always note any possible concerns on a property, allowing us to make a decision if it was something we could live with (ie backed up to a busy street, possible water stain on the ceiling, larger cracks on the stucco, possible rat droppings...and the like.) She was always honest and we never felt she was pushing us to get a sale. When the hot market started to slow, she was even willing to work with us to put a lower offer on a home. She did something currently out of the norm for the area (within reason of course) and in doing so, we discovered that buyers now have more leverage in the market. Though the sellers picked the other offer (which was only slightly higher), the selling price ended up being what we had offered initially. Adriana was willing to let us just give it a shot and never made us feel bad about it. When we finally found our home, it was perfectly priced and perfect for us. Adriana kept the schedule moving by keeping close contact with all parties involved, especially if one is delaying the schedule. We were able to close in 25 days (despite several missteps by the title company). Adriana even follows up after the sale to make sure everything is going well for us. Months later she even help us work with the title company to correct a mistake they made. The company she works for has multiple yearly events where they invite their current and former clients to attend. It is a very fun family-like event put on by their own workers. Adriana is an amazing person! You won't regret going with her. Note: Though the the office is located in Folsom, she lives in Rocklin and was able to meet up in the area. We never had to go to Folsom to meet her or do anything there. She also works for a team who helps cover her when she is not available, so you're never without any help. read more

Adriana is a special agent. You don't find agents these days with her kindness, empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail. Our situation was very difficult in that we were attempting to sell a property that we knew very little about since it was a home estate sale. Additionally, it is a unique property in a very distinctive location and the sellers did not live in the area. Buying a house was an experience that my husband and I have never dealt with before. We were new to the market and needed guidance on the process. We contacted Adriana, who was incredibly helpful. Where do I begin?!?.... We contacted Adriana a year ago prior to us making the move from the South Bay to Rocklin/Roseville area. We were already in contract with a new build home but wanted to get out (both personally & financially) it was not the best home for our family. Adriana was great during this process. We found Adriana through Yelp, and were impressed by the 5 star reviews. We live in Bay Area and were looking for property in Sacramento area and we needed someone whom we can trust completely. When we had an exploratory call with her, we felt immediately she is the right person. And it turned out our intuition was right. Knowing we can't visit Sacramento area often, she cleared all her schedule on one Saturday and showed us about 10 houses. she had chosen the houses in different locations, old and new, to give as a broad picture of that area, and explained the pros and cons of each location and house. She seemed to have a very good understanding of the real estate market in that area. She was not pushy at all, and was ready to repeat this all over if we didn't like any of these houses. Luckily for us, we liked one of the houses she showed that day and it clicked. Since it was under construction it took couple more months to close. During this time, she reached out to us now and then to check if there is anything she can do, and volunteered to take pictures during construction, visit the design center and take pictures of sample cabinets, carpets, etc.. so that we can choose remotely and monitor the progress. She didn't have to do any of these. Even after we got the keys she was in touch with us to make sure everything was going OK.
