Lauren isn't out to just make a sale - if things about a house don't sit right with her, she will point them out and tell you, and we were very happy she did. I will start by saying that this review is embarrassingly long overdue. Lauren helped my family and I sell my father's house after he passed, and despite her going so above and beyond to put as little on us as possible, I feel like losing my dad was so tough I just wanted it all behind me as soon as I could. However, over the three years (!) since, over consistently told myself to come back and do this! So here goes. Lauren is your go-to. She is everything you want in an agent that is so hard to find. She is an advocate, a hard-worker, super thorough, and a pal throughout the process. As the executor of my father's trust, I was tasked with selling his house from a whole state away. I am so glad I found Lauren. She jumped right in and handled absolutely everything aside from making final decisions about finishes and transaction details. She listed, she staged, she coordinated repairs and carpet replacement, she cleared THE ENTIRE HOUSE, either donating or having trash hauled off. My husband and I are first time home buyers. Lauren was a recommendation from a friend (and coworker), and the best decision we made through the home buying process. What we liked most about Lauren, was her communication, availability, and enthusiasm. We decided to purchase around the holiday season, amongst everyone taking vacations. Lauren, was available to show us houses on the weekends and evenings, and there were times she was available within a short hour (or two) notice. Lauren, communicated via email and by text. Day and night. And for someone who works 9hr days and commutes for 90min, Lauren was a dream. Lauren has a background in finance, even though you will have a lender, her finance background is extremely beneficial. She always remained professional. During the home tours, she took her time to point things out, that a first time home buyer may never even think of (like if what to look for if you will turn your home into a rental, will you want to build an addition, this is where your property line ends, look at the neighbors roof, etc.). She even had wonderful low cost suggestions for remodeling. And boy, does she know her different kinds of flooring and countertops. Also, each time we went to a different house, she came prepared with property comparison, current market/area trends, etc. Lauren was kind and patient, and acted as an excellent go-between with the selling agent. The seller's agent was very difficult to work with. There were times we wanted to walk away from the purchase, just to avoid working with the seller and their agent. Lauren kept us grounded, and kept our eye on the prize "our house." In the end, Lauren gave us a very nice "congratulations on your new home" gift, as well as covered the cost for our home warranty when escrow discovered it was overlooked (3 days after we closed, and not a small amount [after draining your savings acct]). Lauren's philosophy is based on trust, and her working style is to NOT have you sign a buyer-broker agreement, which gives you the option to work with someone else should she turn out to not be what you are looking for. We can only hope Lauren is available when we decide to purchase our second home, and sell our current home. We strongly recommend that you at least meet Lauren and interview her before selecting an agent. We promise, Lauren will blow all the others out of the water. read more

My fiancée and I were first time home buyers and completely clueless about the entire process. Lauren was amazing in guiding us through the entire process, especially considering it was during the COVID pandemic. At our first meeting, she took the time educate us about purchasing a home, recommend lenders, and helped us to figure out how much home we needed; all while observing COVID safety guidelines. Lauren was always super quick to answer our texts and emails, and she was always willing to work around our schedules; setting up viewings during evenings or weekends.
