STOP!!! Whatever you do... "don't" utilize this organization for any services. April 20, 2021 this organization arrived to my home to pack & transport my belongings; however, in the mist of packing the home "Timothy (Tim) Brown" damaged a water valve as "he disconnected the the washer." The connection point leaked on the 2nd floor for about 30-45 mins until I noticed the leak. Tim's reply... "I thought you already knew." Based on the plumbers, the $200 damage was caused by a "forceful removal." The incident was annotated within Tim's company's standard movement package; however, the document is no longer available. The moral fibers of Timothy is definitely frayed along the organization. The loss of that document was a malicious. A malicious act to hide the truth. I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureau, Installation Commander, along with all other rating platforms. Fellow consumers please stand with me in solitary to eradicate bad business. Horrible experience!!!! These guys recently moved my items from Tennessee. After packaging, my items were stored at there facility for 3 months and delivered to my new home. During the unpacking process I discovered that my items had become infested with roaches. I then discovered extensive damage to many of my items. (broken TV, damaged dresser, drier leg was missing, grill was missing parts, guitar was broken into two pieces, broken dishes, etc.) I was under the impression that the moving insurance would cover damage sustained during moving. Guess I was wrong.... I received at check for $260.00 to cover damages, what a joke!!! Not only did I have roaches in my brand new home but I had a lot of damaged items. I moved from Georgia to Michigan and ADSI was amazing from the initial in-home estimate until the time I received my items in my new home. They always kept in contact to notify me of the updates on my move and frequently checked in on me on load day and delivery day. The only reason I give them a 4 out of 5 (wish it could be 4.5 stars) was because there seemed to be confusion between ADSI (Who I assume are more local movers) and the moving company that actually transported my items to Michigan. Not so much with the transport but the two companies seemed confused about how to inventory items. Overall an excellent job! I would use them again in a heartbeat! read more

ADSI came along side us in our move from Stone Mountain, GA and helped us plan the storage time needed till we could be in our new home in Evans, GA. The administrative people were gracious and supportive in helping us reach a cost that was both fair and reasonable. The two crews who served us did so with a great spirit. The men worked hard and allowed us to work with them knowing how important it was for us to be a part of this process. The work crews were professional and patient with us as we moved into our new home one month later changing our minds about where things went. We have a few moves and experienced the worst. Our previous move we lost everything due to a flood in Allied Coleman facility. They delivered anyway and we had Black mold. We lost everything!
