I can happily say that this was not the case with Mighty Titans. I asked for a quote on Yelp and Ginger contacted me within 24 hours to answer all my questions. The movers, Anthony and Rick, showed up and didn't waste any time surveying the house and loading the truck. They worked diligently, knew just how to load and unload the truck to fit everything, and were very polite. Everything got to our new house just like it was when we packed it and they helped put the furniture back together. While carrying furniture into the new house, the movers nicked the wall going up the stairs. It was an honest mistake and they were genuinely sorry that it happened. Ginger was quick to help us resolve the issue, and they again apologized for the error. Overall I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend using Mighty Titans. Of note, I used a 26ft U-Haul truck and only reserved the movers for 4 hours when really it took 5 (they just charge you after the fact if you go over). I would recommend at least 5-6 hours if you are going to use that size truck. Also make sure that you get an appliance dolly and furniture pads if you need them. The Mighty Titan movers only bring a regular size dolly and a toolkit for furniture.

I didn't want to push him, so we hired someone else to do the heavy lifting. I spoke with Ginger on and off about the service, price and method of payment accepted. On our agreed upon date, two young men showed up at the agreed upon time. The minimum time allotment was 2 hours and that wasn't a problem. I quickly showed them around and put them to work. They were very respectful and careful with my items. We relocated a sectional, another large sofa, an entertainer from the garage, and lots of boxes. At the end of our time, Ginger was called and she sent an electronic invoice which I was allowed me to pay without providing my credit card info over the phone which is a pet peeve for me. All in all a great service. I wish I knew the fellas that help with my particular move as I'd request the same team. That would be nice.

I used him a few years back for a move and decided to use his company again. The first time he scratched a our bed and broke an end table but since it was a 3rd floor apartment we decided to give him a second chance to rectify the issues and regain our trust. This was a terrible mistake. First he showed up late to the move (he did this last time)and rushed through it so he could hurry up and return the truck. My wife observed him break a piece of our couch and put it in his pocket like it never happened. He then scratched up our walls and doors ripping the paint off. He said nothing about this until I saw it, and wouldn't have said anything at all if he didn't see me looking at it. He said that he'd get some paint and paint it himself which I knew was a lie. Furthermore, he broke our hall tree to the point where it's in-usable and out on the curb for trash pick up. He did not take any accountability for this and tried to blame it on the quality of the hall tree. However, we had it in our garage for weeks with no issues until he touched it. He also lost the screws to our bed and our mirror so they're both not assembled back how he found them. But after all of what I said, he decided to make a large scene when we tried to bring it to his attention that we were not satisfied with the move. We tried to be cordial with him when explaining that a drawer in our dresser was broken during the move and he decided to elevate things to the point where neighbors were looking out their windows to see what was going on. It was around 7pm at night and this man was screaming at the top of his lungs because we told him that he broke some of our things during the move. He was not only disrespectful but extremely unprofessional. He THREW A SCREW AT ME when I deducted the cost of the hall tree from his pay and tried to embarrass us in front of our new neighbors. What ever you do, do not hire this man or his company to move your items unless you do not care about them and want to be disrespected in the process by someone who does not take any responsibility for their mistakes.
