They hire reliable people who know what customer service is all about! Allstate security company is one of the best around! I gave Allstate Security Services a call when I needed my construction site secured. I found their customer service remarkable as they were extremely helpful and professional when I first spoke to them. Best of all, their security services arrived on-time and truly did a great job securing my site, all for prices that I could afford. Now, I sleep better at night knowing that this security company will protect my assets. I highly suggest them if you want security services you can rely on. Nothing can describe the gratitude I feel towards Allstate Security Services. There have been several car break-ins and home robberies at my complex, and my neighbors (including myself) have been towed in violation of the 72-hour parking rule. When I did call them to report a house alarm was going off at my neighbor's house (and after being on hold for an unusually long time), I was told that they didn't handle home alarms. They couldn't even check it? They couldn't even respond that they'd follow up with the property management company? They simply said it wasn't their job. You'd think that they would at least have some protocol for such things (e.g., a list of phone numbers to call in this case)? No, "It's not our job," is their answer. Hmmmm.... Please, call a spade a spade: All State Parking Enforcement and "sitting in a car texting and talking to my friends while on duty" Service should be the name of this company.

Alarm Link moved their customers over to Alert 360, and when that partnership apparently soured, they severed ties and completely abandoned their long-term clients without a single word of notice. This transition left me stranded with a company (Alert 360) that now claims they cannot service my area and has unilaterally canceled my service. It is deeply disappointing to see a local company you've trusted for a decade drop their responsibilities and leave their customers to fend for themselves. I can no longer recommend Alarm Link to anyone.

Each time the tech left the problems became worse. We had to cancel trips because we couldn't trust the existing system to work correctly. A friend finally recommended Vanguard Security Group, they came out and installed a complete new system. Our system was very elaborate, so they spent over three days working on our home; making sure everything was working correctly. The men who worked in our home were polite and very professional. We couldn't be more please with the final result and we definitely recommend Vanguard Security Group. I'm commenting today as a business, due to the lack of help and accountability from AT&T…read moresalesperson who promised to give us multiple-phone lines and fiber optic internet, yet never delivered on their promise! The plan to move to AT&T Fiber Optics and Phone landlines from my current provider to AT&T was established in May. It is now Sept. 2nd and AT&T never delivered on their promise. I've been in contact with them (salesman named Philip) multiple times. My landline service from my recent provider ended August 9th. For four weeks my business has been without working phone lines! I missed 188 phone calls on Saturday alone. This promise to perform fiber optic internet and phone lines was poorly given and completely affected our business performance for multiple days! We've been patient but this has been absurd. We are transferring back to our recent provider because what they promise they deliver!

I have had AT&T since it was Southwestern Bell. They have DEFINITELY improved their customer…read moreservice over the past few years. Before that, it was hideous (outsourced to who knows where. Couldn't get anyone I could understand). Once they improved their customer service, it has been great. The technicians have always been wonderful. They provide a direct number to them after installation to immediately rectify any problems. Unlike rip offs such as Suddenlink, there isn't a cap on the internet. I receive the same bill every month - no surprise charges. About once a year, I call the. Customer Retention Department and see if they have a current promotion for better pricing. The representatives in that department and very kind and helpful.
