I was very disappointed in my experience. There were maybe 4 ladies working in the store, but upon arrival, no one greeted me. They didn't ask if I needed help or anything. My sister checked out first and it was three ladies at the register area and they only told her the total. No greeting or small conversation. Before I checked out, there were two more patrons and their experience was completely different. They were greeted, told about the benefits of joining the mailing list, talked about what their intentions were with their purchases, and told to have a good day. I then went to check out and I had the same experience as my sister. I walked up to the counter, the three ladies looked at me, didn't say a word and continue to have a conversation amongst themselves. I don't like bringing race into the picture, but from that experience, I can only infer one thing. I would love to continue shopping there because of the selection of goods I'm interested in, however I'll find somewhere else to take my patronage based on the shopping experience.

I came in and the single employee (I hope he was an employee and not actually an owner or someone important) ignored me completely. Which is fine, there's a thin line between "let me look" and "I'd like assistance", I get that. I walked up to the counter and he finally managed to actually speak. "Uh, need something?". I said, well, yes, that's why I came in. What happened over the next ten minutes was me trying to get this Void to respond to questions, possibly even make a suggestion, or even a grunt, or belch, or fart, or something. I spent $17 on two pretty useless single hitters and a half-full butane lighter he couldn't figure out how to actually, you know, fill. Yes, I could have walked out and spent nothing but I was trying to establish a new relationship and possibly even enjoy the experience but now I'm just striking this place off the list. Good luck with your porn or whatever the heck it is that keeps you busy during the day, because it ain't customer-related stuff, fo sho.
