She deposited 75% of my funds into a credit card account which she knew had a process of at least two weeks on it. I went to Atlanta and got stuck with no food and I certainly could not get a hotel room. My funds were held and I went very hungry during this process. Customer service is not open later in the day or on any weekend. I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy. If you want to have control of your money go to Wells Fargo or any other bank but this one is definitely not it!
