I was sent to Ashley because the person I have my policies through sold his Farmers business (I did…read morenot know this). I was trying to increase my life insurance policy or add an additional policy. She was responsive at first but then stopped responding to my emails. I sent her many emails without a response. When I tried to contact the previous person who used to own the company (I still did not know that he sold) she finally responded but was mostly upset that I tried to reach out to him again and "go over hear head". I most definitely was not, I just wanted to find out what was going on. I asked for clarification on what she sent in her previous email and again received no response. This was many days ago and I am still waiting to hear back. I never leave bad reviews but I have been very frustrated with the lack of communication. I don't feel that she values me as a customer at all.

The bank is not a stand alone building but a part of a modern, multiuse facility. There were spots for 2-3 tellers inside and two offices for loans, accounts, and business banking. As a chain, they have branches and ATMs all over the United States which is a positive for people who live, travel, and work in multiple states. I was greeted quickly when I walked in by the teller and the branch manager. After telling them what I needed I worked with Grace, their personal banker, to set up a new account. She went over all the options for different accounts, had literature prepared I could take with me, and answered all my questions. She was organized, professional, efficient, extremely personable, and polite. It took less than 20 minutes to get everything set up. I was able to make my first deposit the same day I opened my account, set up direct deposit, and was on my way with a smile on my face from a great experience. Overall they made a great first impression on me and I look forward to being their customer in the future. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a bank in NE Indiana.
