She gave me an option to pay split payments within a month. I speak from my my experience.. don't ACCEPT if you can pay the full amount on the due date and always make sure they can send you a copy first before signing or else go in person. ! I had an existing balance of $681.00 and was able to pay the full amount a day after the due date since my phone was broken and had to replace it: of course I did not mention that over the phone but I did just recently survive an assault I had 3 days prior. Back to my experience: until a rep Mary. offered this new "renewal option" disguised as promotion to help me since I'm having a difficult time to pay the full amount. I understood it as the same contract I have same term and same amount without the full details. Come my second scheduled date to pay the 17th I make my second payment to manager Candy or Candice.. she said it was the second amount of my payment plus a late fee.. so that's when I got questions and come to find out. The money of $300 I had already paid towards my loan was never credited. The renewal only put me in debt again without me borrowing any money. But to them I accepted the $25.. hence I got into large debt now and they can't do anything about it. My recommendation. Go in person and speak to the manager. It was strange the manager commented about my experience. She said they explain everything but Miss Mary did not. Even the other employee she mentioned she never offers the renewal until the customer fully understands and is made aware of the debt they can get themselves into if they renew their contract.
