I needed documents notarized, and I didn't have to wait at all - I was immediately ushered into an open 'office' for notarizing the documents. I didn't realize that Truist does not allow bank employees to serve as witnesses, except for the notary themself if the documents allow this, so I did have to obtain a witness on my own. I did this, returned, and the notary was very kind, patient, and helped me go over the documents and also setup a wire transfer. Thank you so much!

Ms.Linda has always been there for my mom and I. For example, one time I forgot my account number, I phoned the bank, and Ms.Linda provided it to me within seconds. I immediately felt very comfortable walking in due to the design and lighting: thanks for that attention to detail! The space to write out deposit slips is smack in the middle of the room directly opposite walking in, so... easy to find LOL When I finished doing my thing at that area, there was another person talking with the only cashier, but another employee noticed and immediately walked over to help me at the other cashier window. This is the card i use to get my groceries. I was told too bad so sad. Thank goodness the ATM gave me the card back before I left otherwise the driver behind me would have just taken my card. I was waiting in the atm line for 10 min before the machine decided to turn back on. Very disappointed with the service level at this location.
