For your information, since you claimed to know a bit about processing (Based solely on the fact you have signed up other stores) BUT was OBVIOUSLY apparent you lacked the knowledge you claimed. Many people have bought 6 or 7 cars doesn't mean there any good at making a car purchase. SO that being said, 1.) I was ONLY $25 over processor cost(( the same cost for us as it is with Wells Fargo or anyone else)) PERIOD!! No matter how much volume Ed's company EVER processed. SO EVEN IF WELLS FARGO GAVE YOU A NO MONTHLY STATEMENT FEE AND NO OTHER FEE'S AT ALL, WITH ONLY 10 BASIS POINT ( 0.10% PASSTHROUGH )DISC. RATE- THE VERY BEST THEY EVER GIVE. ANY VOLUME YOU PROCESS GREATER THAN $25,000 WILL ALWAYS COST MORE THAN US. BECAUSE OUR CONTRACT WAS MERELY $25 PERIOD ABOVE THE INTERCHANGE. EVEN IF WELLS FARGO DID YOUR PROCESSING FOR ABSOLUTELY NO MARK UP OVER VISA, MASTERCARD, DISC, AMEX BASE COSTS a.k.a FOR FREE, NOTHING ZILCHO MARKUP IT COULD ONLY BE $25 LESS THAN WE WERE AT!! OUR EQUIPMENT $35 OVER DISTRIBUTOR/MANUFACTURER COSTS. You would not listen and kept wanting to think that the x'ed circles were something other than part of interchange costs though you were clearly told it wasn't and supplied the documentation to demonstrate so. As well, even though it wasn't marked of or ever requested or completely filled in that the section of the mpa that has the Telecheck Standard info on it mattered, though you were clearly told it doesn't. 2.) We take care of everything for you ourselves ALWAYS, No bank will ever do that! When you call "Wells Fargo" merchant services all your doing is getting an international call center for First Data. No personal one on one relationship that takes care of all of your needs and concerns directly for you. TO SUM IT UP YOU LET YOUR ARROGANCE AND PERSONALITY COST ED. BUT THAT IS YOUR PREROGATIVE. AND YOUR NOT UNIQUE WE RUN INTO PLENTY OF YOU IN OUR FIELD. SO CAUGHT UP IN THAT FEELING THAT YOU ARE GONNA MAKE SURE NOTHING GETS OVER ON YOU - YOU END UP WALKING OVER WRINKLED UP THE DOLLAR TO PICK THE SHINY QUARTER FOR YOUR BOSS.
