I was charged for towing 14.99 a month when I have car insurance that has towing. I gave them from day one paperwork stating that I reported there was a lien on my car because I took a loan out with this company. I did everything by the book I was charged for numerous things and they don't bother telling you where the money is going they just take it. I paid off my loan over a week ago. It says to get a hold of the store for your title before stopping in, no reply back! And the manager called me before my loan was paid off when I seen that there was an issue on my billing and she acted like she had something to hide. Why would she call me out of the blue??!! I want my title BACK! and on Google review, the owner said they wanted to talk to me and nothing has been solved. The district sales manager has yet to reach out to me. Bottom line is.... don't do business with this company go to Rapid Auto Loans!
