We waited about 5 min before we were called to our window. The person attending us was lovely and made the process so easy and put my daughter at ease. The picture taking part, which can be a lot to a teen was seamless and our attendant was so sweet and ensured that my daughter liked her picture! We were in and out in 15min. Totally great!

Patriots Day Cape Coral , Florida…read more I went to obtain Florida license plates for my automobile which I recently drove down to Florida from ILLINOIS , my former State of residence. I had a long wait as the facility was crowded with customers seeking government services. Finally my number is called and I was instructed to report to mambo # 7. Mambo # 7 was staffed by a government employee named Lynn. I was transferring my ILLINOIS Title to a Florida Title and requested a customized license plate for my automobile with a specific request for a special number & letter license plate. All of my "special" request required more work for Lynn who also had to walk out to the parking lot to verify the VIN number on my auto and record my current mileage. Did I mention that the parking lot was filled to capacity and the only parking space available was at the far end of the lot ? Well , did I also mention that the service agent , Lynn , was on crutches due to a recently sustained injury ? The dear lady , without complaint , walked all the way down to my parked auto , performed the required task , and walked back to her station at mambo # 7. Throughout the entire process Lynn maintained an elevated level of professional decorum , explained very clearly every procedure to my complete understanding and satisfaction. After signing the various forms and having my copies of the forms rendered to me , I paid the required fee and left. Lynn made the entire process a pleasant experience. Obviously, she is an experienced and dedicated government employee capable of making a complicated process look easy. Thanks Lynn , for a job well done.

They are great people that is no doubt. Michael in our initial interview told me he had tons of experience in a certain area concerning my taxes and unique needs. I sent him a text he responded, he requested a meeting and right before our meeting canceled because he said he wasn't doing that kind of work anymore. I asked for a referral none. I also asked him to explain his expertise and he canceled. This company did nothing for me in relation to my money and financial needs except waste my time. I give 5 stars in selling themselves. 1 star in actually doing what they sell and not being intimidated to clarify their experience and expertise. Who I do business with has no problem being asked those questions and I have never had someone cancel a meeting because of this after bragging about how good they were at it. Pay them all this money and I have a true refrigerator that is malfunctioning and I've been paying for it to be repaired for years and now they are not going to pay for a new refrigerator or for the repair that is over $2000. They denied my claim. I will switch my business, auto and renters insurance from them after I find another company.
