I came to Evelyn as a referral looking for a last solution as I was disheartened that my insurance claim was denied and my public adjuster was not able to assist me further. Just a note, please do not work with public adjusters, and work with an attorney off the bat, it will save you time and headaches. For me, it was a lesson learned!! Evelyn did more for me than the public adjuster would not do. From the time I gave her my case, she followed up weekly, guided me, and never stopped fighting for me. My insurance claim started in November 2023 and I gave her my case in February (I wish I had given it to her sooner to save time), she only needed less than 2 months to negotiate and for the insurance to cut my check. Evelyn is tenacious and kind with her clients and will not steer them wrong. She is also prompt and considerate which makes her the best professional in what she does. If you or anyone you know needs an insurance attorney I highly recommend Evelyn and her firm for that first-class experience and ease during the insurance claim process! Damien Pippens went above and beyond and saved our family cruise!!…read more During check-in for our family cruise at the Port of Miami, security noticed my drivers license would expire during the trip and told me I had to renew it before boarding. We had only a couple of hours before sailing, and they said we probably wouldn't make it. I was devastated, but we Ubered to a DMV about 30 minutes away, hoping for a miracle. When I arrived- shaken and in tears - a gentleman outside, asked how he could help. His name was Damien Pippens, division Director of branch services. He listened to positive my situation, immediately brought me inside, and asked the team to take me first because it was an emergency. I was in and out in 20 minutes, renewed license in hand, and we made our cruise! Damien Pippens truly save the day! If you don't have a name I can't help you" .... Sorry I don't speak Spanish friend, but that was extremely rude. So I go to the office just to them to tell me AGAIN they don't have it or cannot locate it WITHOUT helping me. I've paid TWICE for temp plates and now will not be able to drive thanks to this office. I have a dying mother in law, an 11 year old and 2 jobs. This is the worst service I've received since being in this beautiful city. Do not come here 0/10
