I asked to have it refunded back to me and of course it was not done. They constantly put you on hold for up to 30mins. If you try to explain to the Rep what is needed she talks over you. The Rep also cuts you off when you are trying to speak. The rep will also state that she will call back and she never does. I have had to wait up to 2 hours for her to call back and then I end up having to call them again. I have also asked to speak with the manager it never happens. Beware and stay away as they do not do what they tell you they will do for you. I had to contact my bank to get the charge disputed. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I was…read morereferred to Florida Auto Plus by a friend of mine who raved about how helpful the company was and in particular a gentleman named Andrew. Well my friend was absolutely correct! Andrew is probably the most intelligent, helpful and caring individual I've ever encountered in the auto insurance marketplace! He spent great lengths on the phone with me answering all my questions and taking care of my special needs. And on top of it all he found me a policy that was WAY under the price I thought I'd be paying!!! A lifesaver for sure!
