I always thought employees parked away to let their customers have easy access but not them. They seem to care less about you as a customer. They act like they are put upon to do anything other than to scratch the corporate phone number on a sticky note. I have never dealt with a less caring affiliate of State Farm in my years of paying them good money for both home and auto. Avoid this particular broker.
