I get down there and wait in line at the Money services place, it's finally my turn, i walk up to the associate and explain to her what had happened and if there was ANY way for her to cash my check and she rudely told me that my check would and I quote "break the machine", she didn't try taping it and told me she couldn't key in the check. So I went and found a check cashing place where I met this WONDERFUL and NICE person named Yairy, she was so polite and kind when I explained what had happened, she did a wonderful job using Tape to put the check back together and it WORKED the first try in the machine. You guys should change all of this and invove Ivy. I wanted a local loan place to talk to. After the online fiasco, I walked into the first "loan" place on my google maps. I wanted to speak with a real person and not a bot. And, Lo and behold, this amazing person helped me, and after all was said and done... It's Ivy! And I get a loan, that same day. I did not realize that the person helping me was Ivy, the one I read about in all of the reviews, and I read reviews ALWAYS before dealing with a company. I was distraught, Ivy said "Don't worry, we will work something out" which made me feel so at ease. I have income and have just fallen on hard times. That's the kind of people that Ivy can help.
