They used to be CitiFinancial (why the name change?-shady). They claim to offer personalized loan solutions based on a simple and straightforward application, with fixed rates, fixed payments, clear terms and multiple payment options... Sounds good right? Not so much... I give them 1 star on their interest rates. Their crazy ridiculous! I'm sure people could find themselves in situations when they must borrow at unbelievable high rates, but if you don't, then try other options! Also, research what others have to say about their experiences, most are negative. Just a heads up.

They are predatory lenders at best. Sure they help while your credit is less than perfect, but at what cost are you willing to pay? Since then we have not missed one monthly payment. Saturday morning we woke up to our truck being out of our drive way with our drive through being messed up. Thinking someone had stole our vehicle because we honestly had no clue! We have been in the store over 2 times and were never notified that we owed $7 in late fees. That's right, our truck was towed over $7. 7 dollars that we had never been notified of, didn't even receive a phone call (even though they claim we did). My husband and I both tried to contact the facility throughout the weekend to pay on our truck, but no one would return our calls. We went up to the repossessions office today, paid in full, and were told we had to wait on an email to be approved to get our truck back. 2 hours later, receipt in hand, the loan office closed and never gave us our truck back. Which will always be $28 in storage fees.. The manager even told my husband that "we're just here to make money" even after explaining to him that my heart medication was inside of our vehicle. An employee even told us at the office that they towed another person's vehicle over 38 cents. I will have the authorities involved if I do not receive my property and is now considered stolen.
