We went back this morning and the funds were still not available after speaking to only one person over the phone at Wells Fargo because supervisor or manager was not an option. We were told that the check was flagged as possible fraudulent activity. And then we're told that they would review it further in a couple of weeks. There was no option to send in pictures of IDs to send copies of emails from my school explaining exactly how much they were sending me into what address. There was absolutely no option for me to get my money for another 2 weeks. The only thing fraudulent in this situation, is Wells Fargo and how they handle their customers money. It is absolutely unacceptable that there is not a way to fast track this. I now have no way to get to my new job I just started, I have no way to get food, I have no way to get my cat's food, ect...
