Several months ago my wife contacted the office to reduce the coverage on our broken down truck to liability. However, what occurred was that the coverage was reduced to liability on my daily vehicle. I was not aware of this until after I was side swiped by a kid who provided me insurance info that had been terminated 2 days prior. In my opinion it was unprofessional or incompetent not to confirm or verify the coverage change. I will be moving my coverage to another entity.

Unfortunately, I've been in an accident a couple of times. The first major one was in 2009 (yes the same year). I was on my way to work and slid clear across the hill on Mae Anne hitting another vehicle. Although I had to pay $1k for my deductible, I knew I was well taken care of. The second accident I was involved in was in 2011. I was rear ended while on 880 in California. I didn't get much help since my coverage didn't cover a lot of the necessary work, but the Mrs. Tuason kept in touch and made sure I was ok!
