I filled out an application online So that All I had to do is bring in documents to the Store because I was pressed for Time . They sent me an email saying which documents I needed to bring ID, social security card and proof of income. I bring those 3 items to the store to finish the application process and she tells me that I need a bank statement .I informed her that it did not say that online And tried to pull it up in my phone on my banking app .But she says she could not take that she needed the paper Statement . So now have to leave and go to the bank and get a paper statement printed out and come Back . Before I left she continued the rest of the process of finalizing the application . She asked the same questions that I filled out online . So what was the purpose of filling out the application online ? However, she was nice but I just feel like the process was Frustrating. Just wanted to write a review so that the site can be improved and have accurate information. read more
