My mom had a huge pine tree fall on her home in a tornado. We are now on day 12 with pine branches still in her home and buckets of water filling up from leaks each time it rains. Bo has still never been out to look at the site nor has he sent anyone - in spite of multiple requests- citing COVID19 restrictions, which I find dishonest at worst and lazy, blame shifting at best. The ONLY reason we have a claim at all is because a builder friend of ours FaceTimed the State Farm adjuster for over and hour and walked through the home citing damage. They have also refused to provide hotel lodging for her- which might be illegal- while mold is currently growing, windows busted out, and branches are in her shower. The lack of concern and help for my widowed 73 year old mother is despicable. Run far, far away!!!

But they were able to give me a refund that I was not expecting. Better than expected. They even told me what I'm able to do for next year during it so I can be prepared for next years taxes. I am a truck driver and was used to getting a certain amount each year. But since the new tax laws basically stripped me of my key tax deductions that I usually have each year, I have had to except the fact that I'm not going to get nowhere near what I expected from now on unless tax laws get changed again. But they did try to get the best they could out of it.
