They were also terrible at communicating the status of the repair! I called several times but there was no update. I received an automated message that said my car would be ready on a certain date but you it wasn't. They also said that they do "Quality Control" but I don't think so. I think it's just a stall tactic. They never offered a written estimate. That should have been my first clue. The quality of the work was nothing special. Especially for the length of time they keep me car! I will never go there again and I hope you will not either.

They put some type of compound on my leather. So not quality control was done at all. I have to take it back and get it redone. Which I'm not happy about and not sure it will be done with quality. He went over every step and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and had impeccable customer service. I found out later he was the manager but everyone else I dealt with there was also very helpful so I think this was the corporate culture not role-based. After I left my car, I got updates with what stage the car was in with a link to see exactly whar was being done. They always included the opportunity to contact them for questions and concerns. The time they estimated it was done was accurate and the texts kept me in the loop until the end. when they were done, I received a call that I missed so I called back and they were very helpful. When I picked the car up, they were still very helpful. They didn't impress upon me that this location is for GEICO and State Farm which is why they have a streamlined process and are able to turn vehicles around quickly so if you don't have those two insurances and you get in an accident, you can go to their other branch next door which deals with many insurance companies, but also could take longer. Something to keep in mind so you don't get them mixed up or have expectations that won't be met due to this reason. This was my first experience at a body shop (other than a small local outfit) and it was a great experience. Highly recommended.

You'll think you're lost trying to get to them - more than once my towing company took my car to the garage next door - but I think they're worth sticking it out for. Plus, they speak fluent Spanish - not helpful to me, but great for a lot of other people. Once I get my receipts back (the car was stolen and needs to go to the shop now!), I'll be able to back this up with numbers.
