Store clerk looked up previous purchase and said none in stock. I brought the cheaper battery but I told them they it was the wrong size. Said it came in different sizes. It was for a 4 cylinder, my car is 6. Which kept telling him. I broke down, got locked in my car. They gave me problems said no returns bc they installed it. Mechanic went there brought correct battery which they had 6 in stock. It messed up my alternator. $250 more plus mechanic fees. All I wanted was a battery. PLEASE DON'T SHOP THERE. Kind of the luck of the draw. I don't know if it's just my timing, but they always seem to be understaffed and I have never successfully been able to get anyone on the phone. Whenever I go in, they are all waiting on people and the phone is always ringing. Having said that, they either have or can quickly get anything I need or can point me to a location that has it if I don't have the time to wait. I would love the ability to give half stars because they really have been helpful and I'd give them a 3.5 if I could.

After stepping into this location and waiting in line to be assisted I asked for a micro . The…read moreclerk asked what it was for I told him the part was for a motorcycle but it didn't matter it was a simple 12v micro relay. He insisted he needed to know the exact part number and make and model of vehicle. I assured him he could reach any micro relay off the shelf in back and I would purchase it. They all work the same it could even be a four or five prong relay. He refused to get the relay and continued to ask questions. Next he said he couldn't get the relay because he wasn't sure what it was for. I explained again the relays they have in the store work the same and I just need one. He then asked me to wait while he helped other customers then asked two other employees who followed the same routine due to their lack on knowledge of parts. Finally after 20 mins of no success I walked out the store drove to Orielly auto parts and spend a total of three minutes to get the part I needed. I will not be returning to this location again and I advise other to not go there either
