These guys were fantastic for me. I was sent over here by the guys on Claiborne. The other shop couldn't (or more like wouldn't) help me purchase and replace my car battery. Going to this Autozone was like hitting the easy button. The guy gave me a list of like 6 batteries to choose from. He did not push hard for any particular one. I chose the cheapest of course. He made sure, I had the right supplements - few bucks for some battery grease. Then, he changed the thing for me. That's awesome. He had a few hiccups but overall, he had the battery out and new one in within 20 minutes. The wait time to have a salesman help me was minimal. I pretty much walked in at 7:45 and drove away at 8:20. No muss, no fuss. I will definitely repeat Autozone should I need to. Hopefully, I will not need their services any time soon. read more

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION! They sold my cousin the wrong part. Once we realized the part didn't fit, we drove to the Claiborne location since it was closer to return it and get the correct part. The Claiborne location would not accept the return because the Earhart location had sold her a USED part. So not only did they sell her the wrong part, but they also sold her a used part. Three stars to the 3 people who were willing to help! 0 stars to the two people with poor customer service. I was obviously having a hard time figuring out which fuse was blown that powered my cigarette lighter. The man and woman just kept saying the computer doesn't let them know which fuse and blown and I repeated asked how to find it in my owners manual. I asked someone to help me find my fuse box after 10 mins of looking for it (I couldn't pull up YouTube on my phone and I blame T-Mobile). One of helpful 3 came outside to assist. I am the biggest fan of this AutoZone! They are always helpful. I go and have essentials checked - which they can replace... if needed ( battery, alternator even hidden filters.) BEST feature is that their database can look up a car by year, model... and get the exact part / or generic equivalent / and often they are able to show you how to install it. During my last visit, I was having trouble with the steering wheel locking and the cars sensors. They were able to rule out the need for a new battery/ alternator... and checked my lights. I was really concerned about the battery. Easy peasy - go to my Auto Zone- and my question is answered! read more

Went in to purchase a bulb for my broken headlight and I was going to take it to PepBoys since I knew it was only $17 for labor, but guess what? AutoZone changes headlights for FREE. How beautiful is that? Staff is super nice and friendly. When they were out of single bulbs, the man at the front even searched for some at the back. Thanks for being awesome AutoZone! read more

I've had stellar service from the Autozone on Veteran's, so when my mechanic told me I needed Lucas Oil Stabilizer, I thought it'd be best to stick with this company and go to the one closer to my house. It may have been sheer luck or maybe this is a frequently asked for product, but before I could even ask for help, I found the bottle along the first wall of products (a miraculous first if you ask me when it comes to stores of this nature and my capacity for knowing where in the Waldo world to even start looking). Though I will say, I was offered help right when I walked in the door. One lady was in front of me buying a wheel and seat covers, but check out was swift, and I was on my way. I did notice that one of the attendants had come outside to help the lady put her covers on her car, and I thought that was very sweet. This is actually the second time I've been to this location, and I've never had any issues with check out lines or with MIA attendants so I could be lucky, coming in during off hours or this location has improved since some of these former reviews. read more

I take back every nice thing I ever said about this particular Autozone. This past weekend I was helping one of my friends put a fuel pump on his van. I told him that he needed to buy a fuel filter in order when he was changing out the fuel pump. We went to autozone and got a Fram fuel filter. When we were changing the fuel filter we noticed that the fuel filter was USED! It had dirt residue and it smelled of gasoline. We went back and tried to do an exchange. The clerk told us that she had to get the manager. When the the manager came over he tried lying to us. He insisted that he didn't smell the gasoline and tried telling me that the dirt residue was from where they welded the part together. Pardon my french but, BULLSHIT! Not just me but my friend, his two brothers and the clerk at the counter all smelled gasoline emanating from that fuel filter. Another thing, I used to work at an automotive parts factory. When they weld certain pieces on to a part they clean the residue off of the part after the weld takes place. This residue was from an engine and not welding residue. Well anyways the manager was argumentative and standoffish about exchanging the fuel filter. Finally after arguing with him for five minutes he finally decided to check to see if he had another fuel filter. He brought the other fuel filter up and guess what. It was another used fuel filter! The manager once again insisted that there was nothing wrong with the fuel filter. This time my friend asked for a different brand of fuel filter. The manager groaned and complained about it the whole step of the way. At least this time the other fuel filter was new instead of the used ones like before. Another kicker was that this filter was actually cheaper. This store is pretty crooked. I think it is fairly obvious when they resort to selling used parts and trying to make them look new. I just wonder how many people have actually been tricked by this scam? Is what this store doing actually even considered legal? I wish that I had the answers but I don't. I do know one thing for certain whatever it is the manager must be in on it. In short I recommend checking out Advance auto parts, Napa, and O'Reilly auto parts. Betty and Kendra handled the store with patience and grace. Kendra assisted with changing my battery while managing phone calls and handling other customers effortlessly. This AutoZone sucks. Every time ive been there to get my engine light checked, they claim their machine doesn't work. The same guy that works on McDonald's ice cream machines must own this location. I'm meh on this autozone. Maybe I'm spoiled by the one on broad but these guys customer service just falls flat. I've had encounters with a few clueless clerks who've tried to sell me the wrong parts or extra unneeded parts. I've had to return defective parts to this one several times and every single time I've been given the 3rd degree about it (sorry but radiators should NOT leak out of the box.). And to top it all off I've had a clerk try to talk down to me like don't know what I'm doing (former mechanic here!) ARGH! So meh. I like this place because its close to my house and the staff is always helpful. As long as you walk in knowing model, make and year, they can find the size that you need. They always have some one there who can help you put on what ever you just bought (no extra cost, but there is a tip is expected). And they can take your used car battery. read more

came in for oil, a filter, and a headlight bulb. It took me 20 minutes in the store, 15 of which were waiting to check out. I did not realize there is only one register line and only two registers, and all the other lines are for parts. They should be marked as such. Also, there were 3 people in the store who walked right past the line of 7 people waiting to check out and did not open the other register. Poor service and a confusing process. read more

Great service! Very happy with my last visit here, I walked in just looking for a little car advice and the front desk clerk was super attentive to my needs. He came out to the car and took a look under the car and hood and gave excellent suggestions as to where to bring the car in the next day to have it repaired ( it was Sunday passed 6, ergo no mechanics were open at the time) The gentleman let me know what was likely the problem and an estimate on how much it would cost. Just wanted to say that Joe is amazing!!! When it comes to cars I'm the definition of your stereotypical girl who knows absolutely nothing. Went in last night after my battery died and he was so sweet and helpful, making sure to double check even when the computer gave him the wrong battery size for my car. Also explained to this dingbat how to reset my settings (because that's a thing that happens when batteries die? Like I said... Completely clueless). Also there was another guy who was nice enough to explain that my filter should be changed (THAT'S why breathing sucks in my car lol).
