My son brought a car to this location for an oil change, the a couple of days later the oil light…read morewent on and all of the oil had leaked out. Went to the location and talked to the manager to find out if they wanted to check the car. He reviewed the reciept and brought to my attention that he had noted oil pan striped on it. He told me he could give me some oil and send me on my way. Had my mechanic come out and check the car, and he discovered that the wrong oil filter had been installed and that was the only problem. Since this was obviously the installers neglegence and they would not check out the car, I think they should have to pay the mechanics bill, or at the very least refund the money my son paid them.
