The con artist finance manager tacked on all kinds of dealer fees and he rushed me through the paperwork saying nothing. As the only customer in the store, the con artist finance manager made me wait one and a half hours for no reason other then trying to make me late for work so I would be forced to rush through the paperwork! The con artist finance manager added more then $2,000 to the original sales price of the car to increase his sales commission!!! This is more then $2,000 then what the car was advertised for!!! Switch and bait!!! After putting down $7,000 on the original sales price of a little more then $14,000, about half paid for, in the end, the finance manager wanted $15,000 more dollars on a bad loan with my superior credit!!! I was charged a little more then $1,300 for an oil change and two new tires, balanced and aligned, done months before purchasing this car!!! What a con job!!! It probably cost the dealership $100. The car was shown to me in filthy condition. It was not reconditioned. But I paid cash for the car in lieu of financing to save several thousand dollars of all kinds of costly dealership add on's. Whatever the price is advertised, the Jenkins dealership always adds a minimal $999.00 dealer fee. Jenkins is synonymous with con artists. They are beyond horrible. Jenkins only wants to take as much money as they can from each customer. Jenkins cares nothing about you. Jenkins is only in the business to make as much money as possible. But I did get a real nice car despite the really awful experience.

So I drove the 1.5 hours to get there. Overall I did get the top and they did get it installed and lights hooked up. The price was good enough to make the trip worth it. The sell seconds and customer returns so that is the reason for the price. It fits looks very close to my truck color and fit the budget so I am happy.

For the most part I've had nothing but good experiences at AutoZone. They almost always have the…read morepart I need in store. When they don't have it, they order it and it usually only takes a few days to arrive. If you do a lot of your own vehicle maintenance I recommend their rewards program. The points add up pretty fast and I've saved a good amount of money over the years this way. I would give them five stars but they are a bit expensive and it seems like most of their employees are poorly trained at running the diagnostic tools such as code readers and battery testers. Most of the employees also seem to have very little mechanical training so they are not much help when it comes to giving advice. Overall a good business and I will gladly continue to do business with them.

I go to this location about once per month. As does another family member with their car. It rarely…read morespits out a receipt so I have to go in to get one. On Wed 11/04 about 6:45 pm. I filled up and went inside for a rct. I also tried to get a fountain drink of the vitamin water. It dispensed only plain water. This is not the 1st time but the reaction to me was. I've just left the cup before. I told the clerk that the machine only dispensed water and I couldn't get what I wanted. I put my cup down and she said it was OK to keep that if I wanted. Then another female stepped up and gruffly blurted out "you have to charge her for that!" So I replied with the question, I have to pay for something I didn't really want? To which she said " yes, it's not my fault!" Wow! I told her it wasn't my fault either, I wanted what it said was in the dispenser. So I asked the other girl; who I believe was new there; how much was it? She said .52 and being thirsty I paid. I then told the other one, she would serve herself well in her position to take a course in "Customer service and how to speak to people". She sarcastically responded with a nasty thank you ma'am have a good day ma'am repeating herself several times. A hateful horrible attitude from the beginning. I didn't expect any better but I wanted to let her know I was on to her hateful nasty attitude. People there have always been curteous and professional, this one however clearly hates her job and should be replaced immediately. She is really bad for your business. As I was going back to my car I was so grateful to the sweetest most precious little girl that rolled her window down and said hello with a giant smile. Completely immediately restoring my faith that there are still good in this world. All be it a 4 year old who hopefully never let's her loose her brilliance and kindness to people like this one hateful clerk. It's not about the money. It was completely her attitude.

Finally pushed receipt request at pump... haha, go inside to wait in line for your receipt ...not available at the pump..... Also, this was one of the pricier gas locations in the area....
