They said no problem. Several hours later I get a call from Michael accusing me of dropping the phone and trying to take it to other repair shops before taking it to him. The phone came back with new damage around the edges. I suspect that the employee broke it while attempting the repair and is now trying to blame it on the customer. Not Cool Batteries Plus. Not Cool.

Just a COVID update. They have a sign near the front of the store stating that masks are required…read moreand they have sanitizer available for your use while in the store. As is normal for large stores these days, employees were thin on the ground. We had to hunt down someone to help us buy an office chair. The place is never busy. So distancing isn't a problem.

Went to Office Depot 4 minutes before they closed because I needed to print something immediately…read morethat was very time sensitive. I was directed to the self service printer area and was there for 15 minutes AFTER close having so much trouble sending my document to the printer. The worker named Jose really really went above and beyond to help me out. I have never appreciated customer service like that before in my life and I am in the customer service business myself.
