Monday they say can't get part for 3 weeks however Napa has the part in stock but Service said they can't use customer supplied parts. I said Napa will deliver it to them!!! Nope . They confirmed time and date and pulled up my information on there computer and ask was it for my 2019 ram. I said yes and they thanked me for the call. Today I came in for service and I was told I did not have an apt. I pointed to there service log and showed him my name @ 8:00 and told him I had called back and had it changed to 11:00. He said he could try to work me in @ 3:00 or 4:00 Two trips to Manning. One to make apt and one to go in for apt. It will not happen again.
