While attending a funeral for a family member our car had some problems. At 8:45 on a Saturday night we pulled in to this establishment and they were very pleasant and helpful and helped us tremendously. Emmanuel and the entire service staff are five star plus. This could've turned into a disaster but was saved by these bunch of gentleman helped us. Highly highly recommend it this establishment. read more

I'm outraged at the customer care from Alamo. They sent us to Enterprise and Enterprise did not have any vehicle for u I s and therefore sr t us to pep boys for repair! HOW IS THIS OUR PROBLEM? I'm on vacation and just wanted a vehicle to fit my needs and be trustworthy. I'm handicapped and a senior citizen and the treatment overall so far is ROTTEN TO THE CORE! This is by no means a review on Pepboys but a review for ALAMO AND ENTERPRISE RENTALS.

I took my truck in for squeaky brakes, and an oil leak. I was somehow sold into $300+ of unrelated…read morework for a vehicle with 15K miles on it, but ok I went with it (total bill $750). Well, the oil leak was solved, but the squeaky brakes continued. Took it back two weeks later, and they must have just sprayed WD-40 onto the breaks, so it would not squeak as they drove me around the parking lot. But, 30 seconds out of the parking lot, the brakes were squeaking again, and screeching still (did they even replace them?) and is now my oncoming warning to pedestrians :-/ ... I have since heard a few bad word-of-mouth reviews about this place (Pep Boys in SOUTH Mayaguez, across from the Mayaguez Mall) . Live and Learn I guess, I'm new to the area. Avoid this Store/Shop.
