Upon arrival my fiancé explained he was there for an exchange of a part. The manager, Crystal, instead gave him a refund, without his permission or my own, to a card we no longer have access to. This was not the biggest issue, though. Despite my best efforts to call and fix the problem or at least get an answer on what to do, Crystal proceeded to hang up on me four times because I stated my fiancé did not ask for a refund, instead, asked for an even exchange as the part did not work properly and she gave him a refund he did not ask for. She then screamed at me, told me she would call the police and report me for harassment, even though I was only trying to figure out how I could possibly fix her mistake. Luckily, after speaking with corporate, I was reassured she would be facing consequences and I have fixed the issue with the part and the card.

Several times I have taken my car in, really thinking the problem was big and expensive, only to have Dan make a minor adjustment and charge me little or nothing (!). He's great about prevention ("Would you rather pay me $50 today or $500 in one year?") He has the diagnostic computers to handle about anything. We are fortunate to have him in our community.

I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and was informed afterward that the "technician"…read morehad misplaced the screws for my air filter housing under the hood somewhere. I was told it was my responsibility to locate them because they fell into the engine bay, which was disappointing and unprofessional. We have also purchased multiple tires from this location and were assured that the valve stems and seals (for TPMS-equipped vehicles) are supposed to be replaced as part of their tire service. Less than a month later, one of the tires went flat. After removing the tire and checking it with soapy water, it was clear that air was leaking around the valve stem... exactly where the seals should have been replaced. When I contacted the service center, the "technician" said they could replace the seal but would charge for remounting, balancing, and the seal kit, despite this being part of the original service. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this auto center. The service "manager", "customer service" representative, and several "technicians" appear closely connected, and concerns do not seem to be taken seriously or addressed appropriately. I use the terms "manager", "customer service", and "technician" loosely because qualifications seem questionable at best. This is not how you treat customers.
