We asked Jennifer who was a lady who worked there, if a worker at the store could please help us install them because we hadn't done it before. She proceeded to say no and we asked why because their policy is if you buy a part, there is free installation for certain parts. She said well it's raining and if I go out there then I have to be wet all day in here and i'm sick. The customer service was absolutely disgusting and there was another worker, middle aged man, who just stood there and listened and did nothing about it. We went to Advanced Auto Parts across the street and got amazing service, so i do NOT recommend seeing this O'Reilly's in statesboro!

My receipt is for a thermostat and a heating coil. They towed my car in on Nov 2, 2012 and I had to have it towed away from there on Dec. 27h because they still had not fixed it and had no idea what was wrong. I had it towed to the dealership where I was told the head was cracked and the motor was gone and it was going to cost me $5000 to fix it. I went several times trying to get my car from Jett Lube and got the run around by the owner Mike Jett (HE CALLED IT HELP). When I checked my car I learned the radio no longer worked, they cracked the console, the check engine light was on, & it was still running hot. The owner Mike Jett and his technician (Justin) saw the vehicle overheating. The water in the side bottle was bubbling to a boil. In the mean time, the gauge inside the car wasn't registering the vehicle overheating. We said it shouldn't be driven cause you could mess up the engine. They kept it another week but they continued to drive it, test drive it, and drove it to another shop, so we were told and that nothing was wrong. Jett Lube had to send it out to another repair shop cause they couldn't give me answers and didn't know what they had done wrong. Southside stated they drove it to them. They checked it for a leak but Jett Lube picked it up the next day. It was always difficult to contact the owner because I was told he was having eye surgery. When we contacted Mike he had an excuse for everything, said he wasn't there, but let him check it behind Justin & he'd call when ready but no call. Once I told Mike (the owner), they cracked the head & the motor was gone. The owner became rude, defensive, said he's finish, it's not his fault, and wouldn't discuss any means of fixing my vehicle. He should have some type of Liability Insurance for his business to cover their screw ups. Mike wasn't there, so how would he know if or when they ran it hot.
