I used yelps cool feature for requesting quotes from various places to find this one. They replied quickly and concisely on my request and had competitive pricing. Clear communication continued after scheduling, they gave me a time range of arrival and technician gave me a good 30 min notice when they were on the way, answering promptly when I called back from the voicemail. I'm not easily angered if they would've been late, but this tells me I would have probably been kept in the loop if that did happen to be the case.
