Clear communication continued after scheduling, they gave me a time range of arrival and technician gave me a good 30 min notice when they were on the way, answering promptly when I called back from the voicemail. I'm not easily angered if they would've been late, but this tells me I would have probably been kept in the loop if that did happen to be the case.
