Earlier this year, I had called a local carpet cleaning company to clean our carpeting and they said they could also clean the grout in our tile. I agreed and they cleaned the tile/grout. While it appeared better than before, the grout was not consistently clean. Since then, we have had a number of spots where the grout crumbled.
