Very responsive and convenient! We had to get carpet cleaning per the lease and the company said due to dog damage they believe the cleaning will not help. They offered to do the job, several hundred dollars... but warned that they truly believe the rental company will still have to take the deposit to replace the carpet even with their great cleaning.
