It's a small flat. 3 hours every two weeks is normally needed. 6 hours resulted lesser in this instance. I didn't have the time to get the results I wanted. I hired these guys. They cleaned it. It's somewhat cleaner. It's not a deep clean though. £126 and I have to clean myself. It's up to you but I won't repeat order. It would be a complete waste of money. Especially as I was told it's too late to raise a concern once they have my money. Other options are abundant. I have pictures of the results but they're not interested. Live and learn. There a good cleaning companies out there. Also beware the fake reviews.

We called them to ask them to come back as per the 48hours guarantee but it has been mentionned they could not come back. The estate agent therefore had to use its own cleaner and we have been charged an additional £150. I asked End of Tenancy Cleaners for a refund and they refused, and also never admitted their mistake despite the fact we sent them many pictures of theyr bad work (received from the second cleaning company). I would definitely avoid this company in any case, bad work, no respect for the customer, ... Dont go to cheap, you will obviously be disappointed like we did.
