They've been around a while so we gave them a call late afternoon. They answered the call right away and, as before, were very professional and set an appointment to come out and diagnose our problem. Miguel came out within a couple hours, took a look and confirmed the spring had gone to wherever broken springs go. Of course our home builder used the cheapest door they could find (Miguel was impressed it lasted as long as it did) so we got a fair price to replace the spring components for the next morning. Miguel showed up on time, took about an hour to replace the entire mechanism, tested it several times and throughly explained what was done and why. We wore it out making it do as much as we wanted it to do. She didn't want to tell me the price per roller. Just wanted to book a appointment. After asking a few times she said she would look up the price for the wheel upgrade I wanted. She told me the part was 58 dollars. So the 10 pack would be $580. What a scam. The wheels can be bought from the manufacturer for less than 30 dollars for all 10. I will say that King Door was even worse. They want 119 per wheel. So over 1000 dollars for 30 dollars parts. Be careful with garage door companies. They will rip you off with out a second thought.
